Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home and yard. Entrance is through the smart lock on the front door. There’s ample parking space in the driveway and in the street.

We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the separate laundry room, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.

RENTAL TERMS
Host is available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. Text and booking platform is preferred and likely to give quicker response.

PET POLICY
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We have a fenced yard.
