This place is in a great central location for a lot of different golf courses. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom which was nice considering there were 8 of us. It was very clean and affordable.

We really appreciated the amount of separate bedrooms! This helped accommodate our large group of friends traveling together, while still having our own space! The backyard was awesome and large too- if the weather would’ve been warmer, we would’ve spent a lot of time back there!

This house was in great condition. Great location for everything that we needed to get to as far as having a good weekend Home was pretty. I’ll outside. Backyard can use a little bit more lighting, but it was still really cool. Lotta room. The host was very accommodating and very good with communication Would definitely rent again.

Outside of hosting, I enjoy basketball, volleyball, traveling, good food, and renovation projects. I take pride in being responsive, easy to communicate with, and making sure guests have a great stay.

I chose this area because it gives guests easy access to everything while still feeling relaxed and residential. The location is close to ASU, Tempe, Scottsdale, spring training stadiums, golf courses, restaurants, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, which makes it convenient for all kinds of trips without being stuck in the middle of heavy traffic or crowded tourist areas.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the balance between convenience and space. After spending the day exploring, golfing, hiking, or attending events, it’s nice to come back to a quieter area where you can relax by the pool, spend time outside, and unwind with family or friends.

It’s a great home base for groups visiting the Phoenix area, whether you’re here for a vacation, sports tournament, graduation, golf trip, or just a weekend getaway in the Arizona sun.
