About this property

Second Floor Suite with Full Kitchen Sleeps 4 & First Floor Bedroom sleeps Two

Walking distance to the Beach, and close to Tram for World Cup.

The space
Great place to stay a while in El Segundo with Spectacular views with an ocean breeze always. The ocean is a quick 30 minute walk away or 10 minute drive. Run down with your dog or ride a bide down to the bike path and dolphin watch.

Both Rental Areas are in the Backyard. The price is for both, but they can be requested separately for a different price. Just message owners.

Other things to note
We are a family with three kids, four cats, and a frenchie dog who all share the yard. We only want guests who will be respectful and responsible with young children around. We do not condone drug use nor smoking on the property. We can keep the dogs contained when guests are using the property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I love this home. It’s modern, clean and so much light. It was well throughout from the amenities to the layout of the home and very well stocked. It’s also quiet and has a homely feel. The host was attentive and so friendly. The communication was perfect. Even gave us recommendations like going to the beach and watching the sunset. Make sure to do this. It’s beautiful I enjoyed the sliding doors front and back as it gave you the feeling of the the outside being a part of the space. We go to LA twice a year for our conferences, we will be booking this home every time! Highly recommended!!
