Kulakane Resort es una propiedad de alquiler para vacaciones en West Maui, ubicada a pocos kilómetros al norte de la histórica ciudad de Lahaina. Cada propiedad de alquiler vacacional está administrada profesionalmente y con un excelente mantenimiento a los más altos estándares.

Sus vacaciones en Maui se pueden disfrutar en este hermoso condominio de 1 dormitorio, renovado en mayo de 2019.

Disfruta de tu lanai privado para disfrutar de increíbles atardeceres cada noche y un espectáculo de ballenas cuando estén aquí en nuestros meses de invierno.

Nuestro condominio está totalmente equipado para sus vacaciones relajantes. Todo lo que necesita para cocinar gourmet está a su alcance. Hay dos parrillas para barbacoa para uso de todos. Tratamos de mantener las hierbas frescas para su disfrute también.

Por lo general, venimos a nuestro apartamento un par de veces al año para disfrutarlo y asegurarnos de que todo sea perfecto para nuestros huéspedes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect for the first 5 days. Then we lost power to all of West Maui and hurricane forced winds. My group had a tee time set up in Kihei, so I called and they said no wind at the golf course. So we went otherwise you lose your monies. Little did we know that all **** was about to happen. After we finished we went over to the local brewing spot Maui Brewing. Then drove back towards our condo. We got to the bypass and saw the massive amount of smoke that was pure black (not a good sign). we waited to see the bypass would reopen but no luck. Spent the next three and half days in a evacuation shelter sleeping in the car. Some of the group were able to get mats inside the gym. What was hard was that half our family was still at the condo's trapped. On the third day of waiting they opened the bypass one way. Our family put all our clothes into the luggage and came and meet us at the shelter. So we got 5 days of use out of the condo. My family and I are so sorry for everyone's lose. We will be back. The manager of the condo's Debbie and Tony are fantastic.

Home away from home - treated like Ohana

The views can not be beat... turtles everywhere, dolphin pods playing in the distance, and a wonderful lanai. We especially love 205 for the comfortable lanai chairs and lanai ceiling fan.But, the most important factor in making Kulakane the best if how we are treated by Debbie and Tony. They go above and beyond in every way to make Kulakane the best. We feel welcomed and remembered each and every time we call or when we arrive... all the little touches make such a personal difference to us. This last trip, Debbie exceeded our expectations by helping us find a way to stay two extra days when we found out there was a killer heat wave back home. The entire stay was wonderful! We can hardly wait to start planning another trip!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mahalo to Debbie and Tony - the best property managers EVER <3

We especially appreciate the outdoor furniture currently on the lanai - the chairs are super comfortable. There is also a fan on the lanai which is very useful. The bed is comfortable and the condo has everything your need for an incredible stay. The Kulakane staff (Debbie, Tony and Tina) are great to work with and really make for a special experience. We highly recommend this establishment!!!

Slowly going downhill!

Seems like they slowly have let this previously quaint and charming place deteriorate due not keeping the units and general grounds and building in good repair and updated. May hesitate in returning and may look elsewhere. This particular unit needs to be refreshed.

Recent stay in unit 205

Only bad thing was, major electrical problems that create a fire hazard and the owner needs to either shampoo ALL the rugs and carpet or get rid of them. You walk on the floor and your feet get black in seconds. TV in bedroom has very poor electrical problems, plugs fall out of sockets, lamp in living room next to sliding glass door, socket is falling out of, fire hazard. plug in living room next to kitchen needs replaced. In fact most all plugs spark and or create a major electrical problem. Needs owners attention promptly. Fan controls are shot, manager has to reset breaker box constantly, remote are way outdated and do not work half of the time.

Only downfalls were the internet and the noise upstairs. It seemed like the unit didn’t offer WiFi, which was disappointing. Also, the noise from upstairs was very loud and ongoing from early morning to late at night. Next stay we will select a 3rd floor unit. But value and location are incredible! Highly recommend!

We love the Kulakane!

We can be out all day, but when we come back to the condo it’s like coming home ... peaceful and quiet with no crowds to deal with. And those you do see are friendly and welcoming. Debbie & Tony, property managers, are wonderful people and always anxious to make sure everything is just right. Oh and did I mention the view? There’s nothing like watching the whales breach or the turtles swim right from your lanai. Thank you, Kulakane — we will see you again!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice furnished condo 205, amazing kitchen with all necessary equipment and many extras... Best regards to the hosts! BUT.. It was dusty in some places. NO A/C in the building which needs 21st century renovation. Some construction site just in front of the apartment spoils the view, without any construction activity on it for 6 days we stayed there. No umbrellas. There is actually no beach in front of the property. We stayed in some other condos in Maui which is chipper and much more convenient than this one. Once again - that is not the problem of the owners of the flat, that is the problem of management.

I am happy to be living in paradise and I live on the property that I manage. When guests book any of our condos, I will be here to greet you personally. I am a mother of 2, grandmother of 7 and Great grandmother of 2 and I adore my family! I encourage them to come see me as often as possible as they all live on the main land. What a place to come visit Grammie and Grandpa, right?

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

There are so many little shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condos. There are also food trucks just down the street from here across from the Times Supermarket, which is less than a mile from the condos. Guests go get their take out food and come back and eat on their lanai's and watch for turtles. Honokowai is a very nice little neighborhood between Ka'anapali and Kahana.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are a small 42 condo complex directly ocean front. Every condo has the same amazing view. You can see Honu (sea turtles) in the surf out front every day and during the whale season, you can watch those play all day as well. We have a Pupu (appetizers, potluck style) party every Friday night at sunset. Hawaiian tradition is to blow the conch shells at sunset every evening to each point on the compass. We do that every evening. It's a very friendly homey kind of place that I think you'll love.
