Perfect corner unit

Great corner unit, easy access to the beach and pool! Had beach chairs and beach towels for us to use which was very convenient. Good little food places and a grocery store walking distance which was also very convenient. Definitely would stay here again!

Even Better Than Advertised.

I stayed here on my honeymoon, and it was fantastic. It felt more like a house rather than a condo, and it was right on the beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location and a great condo

Overall the location cannot be beat. Condo was wonderful and had everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. My only negative comment is the furniture is a old school Hawaiian ( a little dated).

Most Amazing Condo and View!

Everything about our stay was as good and better than we expected. I have never stayed in a better appointed rental. If you needed it, it was there! Beautiful view and easy access from parking lot.

Surfs up. Watch the surfers from your lanai. Great area near pool. Services all around-food trucks, restaurants, shopping etc. top beaches everywhere. Best location in our minds.

We love the Mahana. This condo was located on the ground floor by the pool. NO issues with noise. Kitchen well stocked. They also had beach chairs and other toys. Bed was comfortable. Great vacation for my family of four!

Great family stay

This place was perfect for our family of four. We loved the convenience of being able to walk out to admire the beautiful sunsets and loved being right next to the pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Alicia was so responsive. Easy access to Duke’s restaurant next door. Construction noise was minimal. Highly recommend this location for convenience!

True paradise! This condo is absolutely anything and everything you'll ever need. Beautifully decorated, very comfy, kitchen completely stocked with every utensil, baking ware, etc...you can't get any closer to the beach than this! Having the pool 10 steps away as well is awesome! This is by far the BEST condo we've EVER stayed in.. we've stayed at The Mahana and others before..Paradise!

Perfect Unit for Family

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 6 wonderful days and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The complex itself is calm and relaxed compared to overcrowded and noisy like others near by. The unit is beautiful in the perfect spot you can walk right out your door to the ocean, pool, BBQ, and shuffleboard. The unit has everything and anything you could ever need and more. We hope to return again very soon!

Christmas/New Years Celebration

This was the perfect spot to close out this crazy year of 2020 and ring in 2021. We had coffee on the lanai or in front of condo every morning, watching the whales or sea turtles. Room was conveniently located to swimming pool and hot tub. We thought it might have more foot traffic being so close. But we were pleasantly surprised by the privacy we had. Condo was clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Alica, Property Manager, was fantastic! She answered all our questions prior to and during our stay. We definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

One of the best kept secrets on the island

My family has been to this property several times now and every time it's a delight. It's a fairly secluded place as the Mahana doesn't have a dedicated restaurant or bar, so it keeps quite a bit of the traffic away. So you can sometimes have a private recline on one of lawn chairs at sunset and most sunrises. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance as well, so it's no trouble. The unit itself is in an ideal location on the corner with a direct beach view and a pool view if you're into that. You can also walk out your back door into the pool or the beach. You'll have plenty of room, the unit is quite large for its type and location and you'll have the convenience of a washer and dryer in addition to all the things you'd expect. The service you'll get is second to none with Alicia. I couldn't recommend this location more. Although, I will say it hurts me to do this as it will likely lead to the place not being available when I'd like it to be. But places like this don't stay a secret for long.

Nice place but will charge extra for cleaning fee

This is a hidden gem but stiff on cleanliness rules. Perfect location but beach area is not calm and beware of sharp rocks and urchins. My husband end up having 5 stitches after swimming due to something in that water. The washer and dryer by the bedroom Can get too loud. And bras and anything with strings will get tangled with other clothes. It destroyed 2 dresses and u undergarments. The air conditioner in bedroom is too cold and living room is warmer. Furniture is out dated but still ok. When we checked out , we washed all towels , cleaned and left the beddings unwashed. Beware they will charge you for anything you leave them to do. So if you like to enjoy your vacation and don’t want to deal with chores, this condo is not for you.

It does not get better!

This was my 2nd time visiting this amazing place. The pictures you see really don't do the view you'll experience justice. Just trust me on this, the place is worth every penny. You're right on the beach, right past the Kaanapali beach walk so there are no crowds. While the place doesn't have a dedicated bar or food service, that's all within 1/4 mile walking distance. The plus about this is it keeps the crowds away. So if you want a nice, relaxing enclave to keep quiet and relax and still have access within walking distance to greater night life, this is the place. The shower is fantastic, you have a great washer and dryer and the level of service you'll experience from the team (Alicia is the best) is 2nd to none. I talked Alicia's ear off worrying about being quarantined. She assuaged my fears, provided very helpful advice and everything turned out to be worry for nothing. Oh, and while a bit expensive, ask for the grocery delivery service. There is nothing better than arriving at your location after a 6+ hour flight than seeing a fully stocked bar and fridge! Thanks so much for everything! You will not go wrong renting this location. And while I hate giving the secret away, the experience is too great not to be shared.

6 out of 5. Awesome.

Ok, so my family and I have travelled to Maui many times and we've stayed at some nice places, but this condo was so nice and the view was so spectacular, I'm hesitant to even give a review here. Why? Well, I really don't want the secret to get out on this place. Ok, so here goes: The customer service from Alicia and Karen along the way was ridiculous. They offered full concierge service and checked in just the right amount to make sure our stay was spectacular. They were kind, considerate and answered all our questions.... With that said, you may have questions (like I did) I hope to answer with some bullet points here to help you make your decision quickly: 1) Parking and Internet is included there are NO ridiculous hidden fees or surprise charges. Everything is upfront. I can't tell you how refreshing this. 2) You are right on the beach and the pool is directly to your right. 3) The property is located just past the end of the Kaanapali Beach trail. The trail is just close enough where you can walk 2 minutes and you're on it, but you're not directly on the trail so so you have much more privacy than other Kaanapali properties. 4) Did I mention they have a washer and dryer? Are you How awesome is that? No sitting around at a laundromat on the last day of your vacation 5) When you check in, you don't have to talk to anyone. You just head in, turn to the right, enter your last name and Licence Plate into the computer and you have a parking permit. Done. 6) There is no dedicated workout facility, but seriously, just go for a walk or run or anything. 7) I highly recommend working with Karen D, who was so kind setting up all sorts of fun activities for our family 8) There's a couch bed for your child if you have a family. Our son loved this and enjoyed his own private area with TV. 9) If you see this property is available, take it immediately. You won't regret it. Finally, I wanted to say thank you to Alicia and Karen for helping make this stay so enjoyable for me and my family. Mahalo!!

Ideal oceanfront condo in a beautiful complex

This first-floor corner unit faces the ocean and the beach is less than 50 feet away. The contact for our stay was Alicia who was ideal in her communication and made the stay that much better. Once we booked she sent us a comprehensive instruction sheet with instructions on how to check-in and linked us with a list of activities at discounted rates should we decide to pursue that. No pressure – no one called us – it was just there if we wanted it. Checking in was a snap as the lobby has a computerized kiosk and the doors are electronic keypad operated with a code that was valid for the duration of our stay. The complex is well maintained, very clean, appeared newer or recently refurbished. The unit itself looked like it had recently been refurbished as well – all the appliances looked new, with new countertops and cabinets and so much brand new high-quality cookware it was unbelievable! The unit is a large one bedroom with the large master bedroom super clean and nicely equipped. There are TVs in each the bedroom and living room and both are huge with plenty of channel options as well as streaming applications. The wi-fi was sufficient for us to watch whatever we liked as well as surfing the internet with our devices. The windows, screens and sliding doors are high-quality (wished my slider at home was as nice) and they kept out whatever noise there was. There was a ton of supplies for washing clothes, cleaning products and spices and such in the kitchen so we didn’t have to purchase a bunch of that which was nice. As I mentioned, Alicia was great, she checked in shortly after our arrival to make sure everything went smoothly and ask if we needed anything. She was very prompt in responding to the couple of texts we sent during our stay. The Mahala complex has a nice tennis court and the swimming pool and spa are very nice and gated. The Mahala is north of Black Rock and Kaanapali's main beach and resort. The beach directly behind the Mahala is beautiful, but a reef which is a bit hard on the feet. It's only a short walk down the beach to a sandy sea floor (~1/4 mile) if you prefer. That is the only less-than perfect thing and it didn’t damper our stay in the least. We would definitely choose this location and specifically this condo again for another stay. It is terrific and expertly managed by Alicia. Aloha!

Beautiful, Spacious, Convenient. Loved it!

This unit, 111, is an excellent unit!! it is so spacious and comfortable with super easy access to the ocean which couldn't be closer, it's seriously a few feet from the door!! The unit has plenty of room so you will not feel crowded, there is a very nice bedroom, nice big entry, super secure doors, beautiful big living room with excellent view of the ocean, nice eating areas (bar and dining table) the kitchen is very large and stocked with any kind of kitchen item you would ever need from serving platters to coffee makers, blender and hundreds of other items to make it very easy to cook a meal and to use the BBQs which are conveniently located very near by. The entire back of the condo is all floor to ceiling windows with two large super secure sliding doors (with screen doors) which gives BEAUTIFUL views or the ocean and super beautiful sunsets seen right from the inside of the living room!!! with the doors open the crashing waves are soothing and peaceful to listen to. The owners and staff give excellent service and always make sure you are easily checked in. The unit was VERY CLEAN!! which is really important to me. There are tons of fun and exciting activities nearby to do ( if you need help planning excursions there a very pleasant activities desk with knowledgeable help in deciding what fun exciting things are available, with absolutely no pressure whatsoever) from watching the sun come up from the volcano to glass blowing and lots & lots water activities like catamaran trips to Lanai to easy fun and fun snorkel trips, just tons and tons of activities to do. You can also easily snorkel by just walking a short distance from the door of the condo. We have seen tons of fish and other beautiful sea life near the condo including many turtles, and whales during whale season! I would always recommend this condo to all of my friends and family every time!!! I absolutely LOVE this unit 111 and the property upkeep is stunning with tropical plants and flowers, beautiful clean and extremely well maintained BBQs for easy meals of BBQ'd fresh fish from the fish market right down the street! There is a very convenient grocery store and other fun shops and restaurants nearby which makes last minute shopping and meals easy. This property is absolutely NOT over crowded with hundreds of people which makes if feel private and personal! and unit 111 has EVERYTHING you would ever need to have a full fun and beautiful vacation!!! Highly recommended!!!!! you'll LOVE it!

Mahana is the best and this is a super unit. Well stocked for outside fun and for cooking. Everything was just as advertised. Alicia's service was outstanding. I called her when the A/C went out, and she got building management to repair it within an hour. Fully five stars!

Aloha Maui

We were looking for ease and convenience on paradise and the condo delivered that and more. The ground floor corner gave us all the gorgeous views and complete ease to access beach, pool and eateries without any hassle on days we chose to not drive anywhere. The resort grounds are understated but lovely, just what we look for. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable with all the touches that make you feel thought of for your vacay. I have mobility concerns and when I tell you the walk to the swimmable beach or Dukes is a simple 2 minutes it is truly a blessing. The pool is ten seconds away but was never loud or crowded so it was another location bonus. We look forward to returning to this full service condo! Parking was also a breeze!
