Three bathrooms include refreshing showers and convenient hair dryers. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this terrific home offers an enjoyable retreat. Unfortunately , because our summers are so dry and we back up to Skyline wilderness area, The woodburning fire pit is not used during the summer time. We do however have a propane fireplace for you to enjoy. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

We originally from Minnesota, but have lived in the beautiful Black hills for over 40 years. We love everything about the size of this town, the hiking, bike trails, and everything outdoorsy. It's been a great place to raise our kids, and now enjoy our grandkids.
Why they chose this property
The uniqueness of our area is that we live in town close to everything, but our house backs up to Skyline wilderness area so we are surrounded by woods, wildlife, and a calm peaceful neighborhood . ...A very unique spot to live in.
