We very much enjoyed the comfort, location and views here! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean! We sat on n the balcony each night overlooking the lights! House is perfect location for all you want to do in the Black Hills. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. Lots seating area for meals. Three family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The owners have provided everything necessary including the most spectacular view. We used the kitchen and found everything necessary for meal preparation. The home is in excellent condition. Perfect home base for Mt Rushmore and the area

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for. We used it as a home base to see Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and more. Cody was very responsive and great with communication. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. People could play games and not disturb anyone trying to take a nap. The ping pong and foosball were a big hit with the family. The house is at the top of a hill and has beautiful views of the city below. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this location.
