The house itself was very clean and well kept, although very old fashioned. The only exception was the bathtub, which was full of long black hairs (I'm blonde) and hair plugs in the tub and sink drains. The property itself was a bit of a yard sale disaster, with 15 chairs, 3 benches, 5 tables and a 15x10 storage unit fronting a pile of junk. The neighborhood was trashy and not conducive to dog-walking.Also, although I was promised the lawn would be mowed "in a couple weeks" the landlord declined to mow the entire SIX WEEKS I was there, despite my urgent entreaties at week 3. Pretty challenging with dogs.It is obvious the landlord cares for this home, but in my opinion, it is not quite ready for prime time given the neighborhood and the condition of the yard.
