Gather used towels
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to turn off all lights and place all dirty towels on bathroom floor. Please don’t forget to place key fob back in lockbox.
Return to lockbox. It is vital to keep up with the key fob during your stay so that you do not have to pay the replacement fee of $150.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOUSE RULES -No smoking in or around property. -No parties or large gatherings are allowed or this will result in $500 fine.
-Please respect our quiet hours of 10pm -Check in time is at 4:00 pm unless approved by host for earlier arrival. - No more than 3 guest
- No pets are allowed inside of property.

Check in was easy and convenient. Location was perfect and convenient to restaurants grocery stores and venues. There were plenty of linens available. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The place was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The neighborhood and complex was quiet and felt very safe and secure.
