Cet appartement de 475 pieds carrĂ©s (44 mÂČ) avec un sol en bois dur et une belle menuiserie, situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e dans un quartier calme Ă  proximitĂ© de la gare centrale (Ă  seulement 2 arrĂȘts de bus), est vraiment incroyable par sa dĂ©coration artistique et son design surprenant.

TrÚs proche de ce qui a été élu en 2011 et 2012 comme la rue commerçante la plus agréable des Pays-Bas, vous trouverez une variété de commodités comme le marché alimentaire, le cinéma, les restaurants (japonais, indien, français, italien, néerlandais, chinois, etc.), les cafés, les bistrots , toutes sortes de petites boutiques.

À deux minutes Ă  pied, vous aurez l'impression d'ĂȘtre dans un village portuaire nĂ©erlandais typique: Bickerseiland et Prinseneiland.

Amsterdam offre de nombreux musées célÚbres comme le musée Van Gogh, le Rijksmuseum (musée national), le musée Stedelijk (art moderne). 10/10 Excellent A very comfortable Japanese style condo in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Damrak and many tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The espresso machine was easy to use and provided us with amazing coffee each morning. Peter was a wonderful host who met us on our arrival to show us how everything worked. A welcome of fresh flowers, beer, fruit, coffee, and fully stocked cupboards was much appreciated.

We had a great stay in Peter’s VRBO. He allowed us to drop bags early and personally showed us the condo and answered all questions at the check in time. Great location in Amsterdam, well equipped kitchen with plenty of shopping, cafes, restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend his condo and consider staying again in the future.

We were very happy with our stay at the Dutch/Japanese condo! It was spotless and very well appointed-we especially enjoyed the espresso machine every morning! The best part is the location in the heart of a charming shopping/restaurant district and easy walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see. The bus stop and train station are so close it was easy to access when we wanted to explore further out. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Wunderbare Wohnung

Es war toll. Die Wohnung liegt super und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenfalls war die Wohnung toll ausgestattet und es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Vielen Dank an Peter Groesbeek, dass wir die Wohnung nutzen duften. Er ist ein ganz netter Vermieter und hat alles super erklĂ€rt und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.

I had such a great stay at this little apartment. It’s in the perfect location, close to the major sites but not on a busy street so it’s quiet. I was there during a bit of a heat wave, but the apartment stayed at a reasonable temperature by taking some precautions with the windows/doors. And there were 2 fans inside which helped a ton. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The espresso machine was AMAZING. Perfect coffee and milk frother. The host and his son were so kind and helpful, they could not have been better. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s definitely only for 1 to 2 people - it’s a modified studio, but it still feels spacious inside.

Interesting decor

The apartment enjoys a Japanese influence in its decor which works well.I did not cook but there is everything in the kitchen one might need. I appreciated the espresso machine and the coffee that was provided.Nice bathroom. We found the beds a little hard. The location is easily reached from the CS station (2 stops by bus) and you easily walk towards other parts of Amsterdam.

Property was exactly as show and location was perfect for 6 days of touring Amsterdam. The host Peter was prompt in responding to our questions prior to our stay and was at the property for our check in. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. Great place and location.

Peter’s place is perfect for two people. The bed is very comfortable and surrounded by a Japanese style cabinet and paper shade set up that provides some privacy from the ‘dining/living area of the studio. The bath is modern and the kitchen while small has everything we needed. The expresso machine is great allowing for excellent coffee and it is easy to use. The location is great with a bus stop just steps away that leads right to central station in just 2 stops from where you can go almost anywhere in the Netherlands quickly. There is also lots of great shopping including an Albert Heijn grocery just one block away. My favorite thing was that it is such a short walk to the popular Jordaan area of Amsterdam and all of its great restaurants. Absolutely a wonderful stay, thanks so much Peter.

Great value and conveniently located with various types of stores nearby. Peter (the owner) went above and beyond the ordinary to accommodate our special requests. Feels like you are staying at a friend's place while they are out of town.

Amsterdam biennale violoncelle

Apartment on Haarlemmer Huittinen

Cool place. The host's son (Jelle) was friendly and met us to hand over the keys and instruct us on the layout and amenities. Loved the Japanese theme design; accordingly, in line with that, good use of space. One of the best-equipped kitchens we have had in a VRBO rental. The location was great; we loved the neighborhood. It was close to good restaurants and museums. We would stay there again without hesitation.
