Spotless and great location

Kim’s rental was spotless and the check-in and check-out process was very simple. The property was also located close to historic Biltmore village where there are plenty of shops and some eateries to visit. Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Asheville!

Great place to stay!

This property is convenient to so many area attractions. Kim is a wonderful host and was very responsive. Everything was impeccably neat and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the whole set-up was efficient and well thought out. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect getaway

I moved here from Minnesota. I love to garden, hike and read historical fiction. My desire as a host is to provide a super clean, safe and secure living environment for my vacation renters. While I do accept weekly and monthly guests, I primarily rent to weekenders. If You see a weekday date that is blocked out, please message me to see if the room has been cleaned and is ready and it's possible I can get you in.

I bought here in Asheville in 2011 to be closer to my retired parents. I picked this neighborhood because of its convenience to everything and the fact that it's on a nice loop to walk my dog on. However, I have been in WNC since 1992 and wouldn't live anywhere else. The weather is the my primary motivator for staying.

Privacy. You would have the whole north wing of the home. My part of the home has unique, built in details which aren't apparent to my vacation renters because they are inside my living quarters. Suffice it to say that these details showed a dedication to quality construction and a love for the people it was built for.
