BOOKING RULES:

Complete Profile Required: Ensure your profile includes a full-face photo (not of a pet, etc). Verification of email/phone number and a "government ID" (Driver's License/Passport) is mandatory.

HOUSE RULES:

24/7 Video Surveillance: Please be aware of outdoor video surveillance on the property.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 30 years of age or older to book.

No Parties: Maintain a considerate music volume level; parties are not allowed.

Quiet Time: Strictly adhere to quiet time after 10:00 PM.

Towels: Do not take house towels outside (any size, white).

Furniture and Beds: Refrain from sitting on furniture or beds while wet.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the home; dispose of smoking waste outside responsibly.

Check-in/Check-out: Follow the check-in (not before) 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Fees may apply for late check-out.

Visitors: No visitors allowed without prior host approval. Additional guest fees may apply.

Pet Policy: Do not leave pets unattended, tethered, or kenneled on the property at any time.

Child Safety: Do not leave children unsupervised. The property lacks safety gates, and certain items pose safety risks to children.

Cleanliness: Pick up after yourselves and do not leave any items on the bay beach. Keep St. Andrews salty!

Non-compliance with any house rules may result in immediate eviction. Please show respect for neighbors and our home by adhering to all house rules.
