107 is on the ground level with a view of the ocean and the pool. What we enjoy the most about 107 is you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the view of the pool or ocean. It has two queen beds, sofa and newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. 107 sleeps up to 4 guests. Sorry over 4 guests will not be allowed to check in.
Fitness center on 3rd floor and a laundry on every other floor. Large Pool with a kiddie Pool. Picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings! Snack Bar by pool open seasonal! Shuffle Board! We are just waiting on you!

There is a age restriction of 21 years old for one guest staying at The top of the gulf. This is a Non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

The complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive.
Restaurants that are close by are Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, Pineapple Willys, Juan Taco, and Bricks and Barley Pizza.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must purchase the $30 Resort pass from Top of the Gulf. This includes parking for one vehicle and the amount of armbands listed on your reservation.
Please provide a copy of the primary renters Id to show 21 or older. Guest are not allowed to have visitors.
Only the number of guest listed on your reservation will be allowed to stay. Norris Condos owners are not responsible for lost or left items.

Three of my friends and I stayed here for spring break. It was a little further down from the crowds but a very short uber ride to plenty of bars. All of the staff and the host were so welcoming and nice to everyone. I would highly recommend staying here!

The perfect place!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our girls trip! The room was adorable and stocked with everything we needed. It was in the perfect location right on the beach, while also close to all the fun things PCB has to offer. Paula was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. My husband Doug, my daughter Madison, and I (Paula) love Panama City Beach! Growing up in Georgia my family would come to Panama City Beach every year. So when I met Doug (he grew up in Las Vegas, NV) I had to take him to the world's most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Mexico and he loved it also. He couldn't believe it had white sand and the water is warm from about April thru October. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love that the Top of the gulf is right on the ocean. You don't even have to get out of the bed to see the beautiful ocean view! Close to attractions, shopping and our favorite restaurants! The complex is clean and well kept.

What makes this property unique

The Complex is small and family friendly. Its is also walking distance to the major night clubs if you want to go but far enough away if you don't. It has common area balconies or you can set out on your on patio and enjoy the breeze! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also a kiddie pool.
