Cheerful and serene 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix All Suites Hotel.
· Flat screen televisions are in the living area and master bedroom
· Sofa queen sleeper for additional sleeping in the living area
· Two kiddie size bunks are in the hallway next to the ½ bathroom
· Fully size kitchen is equipped with all major appliances
· Dining area has a table that seats four while the kitchen bar seats two
· King size bed on carpet is in master bedroom
· Master bathroom has a shower and tub combination
· Balcony has a magnificent gulf front view and seating at a table for four
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
