The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the load please
Gather all used towels/sheets and pile in front of washer/dryer
Remove all trash and place in the lime green trash can downstairs, place AC on 74 degrees and lock up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please keep pet either in fenced area or kennel when leaving the residence.
* No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted at the property * Underage drinking, illegal drug use, and illegal activity prohibited.
* The booking guest must be present during the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

I fish on Sam Rayburn often and have stayed at multiple houses on lake this house by far was the best ! Plenty of room for parking boats and trucks . Having a launch to use and you can use the launch even with the lake 8 feet low is a definite plus!
