Located in the very center of the beach town of Juan Dolio, just a few steps from the beach entrance and 20 minutes from Las Americas International Airport, this comfortable, practical and recently remodeled apartment, designed for the ideal vacation without complications, in less than a minute's walk you can find restaurants, bank, grocery stores, currency exchange agency, and the entrance to an incredible 10-kilometer beach.

Thinking and taking care of every detail for the comfort of each space, this one-bedroom apartment, ideal for couples or groups of up to four people, with a sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, TV and air conditioning in each room, with a large balcony to enjoy the spectacular view of the entire coastline of this magical beach town, dreamy sunsets, large windows that let in the natural light that bathes all the spaces of the apartment, your stay here will be completely unforgettable and relaxing.

All you need after a day of beach and fun is a hot rain shower bath, very comfortable beds, a delicious dinner that you can easily prepare, order or walk to one of the many restaurants that are just a short walk away from you, and if you want some nightlife, there are also several bars very close.

n addition to a strategic location, 24-hour security, closed parking, the attention of us and the super friendly front desk staff, you have access to the pool, located on the second level, an equipped gym, a play area for adults and children, and the beach so close that you can see it from the sofa in the living room. The main road is a 5-minute walk away.

We have left beach chairs and towels so you can enjoy your day to the fullest (please return to the apartment)

You can go there and back the same day.
