Our tiny home is 393 square feet so this is ideal for couples or 2 people and a child due to limited space.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Dumpster is located near the amenities as you enter the community. Please take out all trash before leaving.
Please ensure upon checking out that the mini splits units ARE left on please. Please rinse off any beach items that were used and place them back in the bin that is located on the deck.
Please turn off lights and dehumidifier if used. Also please empty the water from the dehumidifier if it was used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Enjoyed stay (2 weeks). Entire community was being reworked. All streets were torn up for new drainage and water. We’re not able to use unit parking for 3 days. This is a major project that needs to be completed. Work will continue for a long time. Rental is acceptable, but not perfect. Needs user manuals for mini split a/c ‘ s. All appliances worked. This rental worked for us. Loved area.

The location was great, super close to the island and was also easy to get to other local cities nearby for amazing tacos. It’s not a massive spot but for two of us (me and my girlfriend) it felt just perfect. The tv in the living room was big, the air conditioning was strong, the kitchen had just about everything you’d need, and the shower got hot if you needed it to. If i had to nit pick, the bed could have been a little more giving but honestly i slept like a baby every night so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall loved my stay and will probably be back next time i visit!
