About this property

Bougainvillea Beach House

Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time.  Beach access is directly across the street.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings.  A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.  All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store.  Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE  Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown.  Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

Amazing Beach Retreat
This place has it all, ocean views, centrally located, great people watching, and the owners are the best. We stayed for a month and it wasn't long enough. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been this beach house for the past several years. The location is right across the street from the beach access entrance and you have an ocean view from the balcony. We always enjoy our stay and plan to keep returning.

Home Away From Home
This has been the best VRBO property we’re stayed at while vacationing in SPI. It has absolutely everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. We had beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a huge beach umbrella at our disposal. The property had everything you could possibly need. It truly is a home away from home. We got to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our private balcony. Lynn and Captain Kevin were very gracious hosts. It is the perfect size for a family of four. It is centrally located and walking distance to the main avenue. The beach access is literally across the street.

We had such a wonderful time at this property in South Padre. It was cute, cozy, and right across the street from the beach entrance. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip.
