Det har 1 king size seng i soveværelse, 2. soveværelse med en king size seng og et 3. soveværelse med en queensize seng. 3 badeværelser og 1 halv bad. 6 sovepladser og kan rumme små børn. Det omfatter et fuldt udstyret køkken og vaskeri. Villaen har en 55 "fladskærms-tv i stuen og 40" fladskærms-tv i soveværelse og 32 "i gæsteværelserne. The location and home were amazing! Beautiful space that had everything we needed for a great getaway. The home was clean and spacious and Nancy was an amazing and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Experience

This property was exactly as advertised and we loved everything about it. The location was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation as well as exploring the island. It had everything we needed and was very clean.

Family vacation

Some things could use a little TLC for an overall better appearance (paint vents, light fixtures, doors) but all in we loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return. The location was perfect, loved the distance to the beach and the pool, and the rooms were comfortable as well. I recommend this VRBO for families or couple friends.

Great stay!

We had a great time at Crescent Cove. Right by the beach with a nice pool. Communication with Nancy was superb. Anytime I texted or called her, she was always available and would answer right away.

Townhouse in Palmas Del Mar

Spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath on 3 floors inside the Palmas Del Mar resort development. Pool and beach right outside and plenty of restaurants within the complex. Rooftop patio with great views and breeze. We enjoyed our stay here.

Gorgeous views, close to Ceiba airport

Loved the view of the ocean, the 3 bedrooms (we were traveling with 3 couples,) the friendliness of the host and the location of the condo. We flew out of Ceiba a few times to visit the other islands. We shopped at Walmart a few times and ate at a lot of good restaurants nearby also. The condo was decorated super cute as well.

Comfort of home

The house is very nice and has all the comforts of home. The property amenities and the pool and beachfront make this place one of the best places to stay in Palmas. Will be back as soon as possible!

Puerto Rico Perfection

We absolutely loved Palmas Del Mar. Nancy was excellent to work with. We had a couple small issues and they were handled immediately. Unit was as advertised and worked perfectly for our family. Easily recommend Nancy and her properties for people looking for a Puerto Rico getaway.

Amazing vacation condo!

This is a terrific property to rent for a beach vacation! The pool and the beach are just a few steps away. The view from the roof terrace is amazing. Everything worked perfectly. The gas grill on the roof terrace was in great condition. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definetely be coming back to this property!!

Excellent location, beautiful villa and views

We had a great experience at this property. The process was easy and smooth. Nancy did all the arrangements for the golf car too. The villa is beautiful, clean and fully equiped with everything you need. The view is amazing. We will plan to come back again in the near future.

Very Relaxing

Lots of space - inside and out. Loved the pool and the beach and the whole community. Went with three adults, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to entertain local family/friends. Really enjoyed my visit. In the past, I always stayed at a hotel. This was much more relaxing. Nancy was great - made sure we were comfortable with no issues.

Great View of pool and ocean

3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths were ideal for three couples to spend 5 days visiting. Especially nice was that two bedrooms had king sized beds and the third a queen sized bed. Upper deck was a fabulous place to congregate at days end for reminiscing and star gazing.. location in Palmas Del Mar resort in Humacao was wonderful. Only disappointment was the rip tide warnings preventing a swim in the ocean. We did enjoy walks in tge beach and dips in the pool. A great place to stay for a vacay in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful villa and great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. This is our third vacation with Nancy as the property manager and she rocks. Very responsive and even helped us find a rental car late at night at the last minute after ours was cancelled. And I would highly recommend Target Rent a Car on site. They were nice and helpful as well. The villa has amazing views with two balconies.It boasts a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs - even a surfboard! The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and towels are soft and plush. We had a wonderful dinner at Trova in the Wyndham which is a 5 minute walk. We can't wait to return!

Crescent Cove- great location!

We did not stay at this specific property, as there was a plumbing issue on the day of our check-in. Therefore, the ratings do not reflect this specific unit. Nancy was great about communicating with us the status of the problem and offered us three other options within Crescent Cove for our six night stay. She was very prompt in responding to any questions or issues that arose during our stay.

Very nice and clean

We enjoyed our stayed very much. Check in was super easy and having to just use the keypad to enter was super convenient. The townhouse was furnished with all necessities. One of the few places that we've rented that had a pantry full of items to use which made it super convenient. Beds were super comfortable. Location is pretty away from all the activities- but a small price to pay for a gate community. Palmas del Mar was quiet, and super clean. Great area to walk - which we did all the time and the "Forest" was super cool too. We used the nearby hotel on the premises to stop by for coffee and do our morning walks. The beach, sadly, is not really for swimming or laying out. but was nice to walk to. THe pool was super nice and great views. Thank you, Ana

Overall very good

Check in was easy. Place itself was spacious and situated well in the community for what we wanted. The unit was somewhat dated compared to the listing pictures (fridge and freezer had rust and dust, some wall fixtures cracked, and rust spots on floor) but nothing that compromised our wonderful trip. Communication with the property manager was OK, I wasn't told that texting was the preferred method of contact until after a request via VRBO app had gone unanswered for a day. Not a deal breaker though. Nancy was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would book Palmas Del Mar again.

Nice property, but...

I booked this property for one price and during the request for booking process, the property manager declined my request and stated that she listed it for the wrong price and up'd the price by about 300 and said that if I still wanted it to list myself again at the new higher price. Obviously it was several hours later when I received that denial, and the other property that I was considering was no longer available, so I was forced to keep this one. There are three bedrooms total with exterior sliding doors and one of the rooms did not lock, leaving a potential security risk. All of the indoor doors do not have locks on them! Bedroom and bathrooms including the master bedroom do not have a locking mechanism. They have a handle and close, but cannot be locked. Luckily I was there with my immediate family.With that said, it is a very nice property. Everything was modern. It was clean and checking in and out could not have been easier. The property manager was good with communication whenever I had a question. All and all, I would still recommend this property.

Great week vacation

The property was as shown, but lots of stairs. Three bedrooms, all great size and comfortable. In order for ac to work properly, must keep doors closed. Our kids are 17 and 21 so not a problem but could be a challenge with younger ones. Great view. rooftop patio, pool and beach were relaxing. the community has one area with a handful of restaurants all of which were pleasant and adequate menus. Small market. We visited super walmart the first night (about 15 minutes away) and grabbed breakfast, sandwich stuff and a couple of dinners. The kitchen had adequate cookware for us. Only negative was total of 4 coffee cups (but there were only 4 of us) The laundry was great for daily towels and swimsuits, and I brought about 8 tide pods from home with us. Perfect location if you want to just sit and chill at the condo. We drove to the forest for a rock slide one day, a snorkle trip another, and one day in san juan. All were a little drive but this place was ideal for just chilling and spending time together. We would love to return.

Beautiful views + read for specific details!

Overall the condo is a winner! It looks like the pictures and is clean and I would recommend staying here! Below are positives and needs: Positives: 1. Clean and didn't see any bugs, yay! 2. There was sunscreen and bug spray in the condo. 3. The AC units work well. 4. The beds were comfy but not the pillows. 5. Nice decor and amenities. 6. There are body boards and a couple floaty things (but one had a hole). 7. The view is fantastic and you'll see the sunrise (only one bedroom comes with a view), the other two bedrooms face the parking lot. 8. The master bedroom has extra towels if you need them. Needs: 1. Airflow for the hall bath on the third level. This is the bathroom for the bedroom on the third level. Since each bedroom has it's own AC unit there is no airflow for the hallway and bathroom. Important for the ladies to know incase they plan on doing their hair/makeup here! 2. Bring your own beach bag and "beach cups". 3. Bring your own ice. 4. The faucet/shower water gets extremely hot so be careful! 5. The beach is full of seaweed. There's a book that explains this in the condo but the fact remains, it's not fun to get in the ocean with all that seaweed!
