Hospédese en una magnífica villa frente al mar a solo 20 pasos del impresionante mar Caribe. La casa está ubicada en Villa Palmira, una comunidad privada y cerrada en la playa ubicada entre la Reserva Natural de Punta Santiago al sur y millas de playa al norte.

Con más de 4,000 pies cuadrados de área habitable, esta es la casa más grande y espaciosa en la comunidad cerrada de Villa Palmira. También es una de las casas más cercanas a la playa. Disfrute de las vistas de la playa y el océano desde el porche delantero, la sala de estar delantera, el patio trasero y la espaciosa terraza del segundo piso. Pocas casas en la comunidad ofrecen vistas a la playa y al océano. La casa mediterránea de dos pisos está completamente amueblada y con aire acondicionado, cuenta con cuatro habitaciones y 3 ½ baños. Las habitaciones duermen cómodamente 10 personas en cuatro camas queen-size y una cama king-size. Una cuna portátil, silla alta y dos colchones de aire de tamaño completo también están disponibles. Un jardín frondoso y exuberantemente ajardinado te espera con una piscina privada, una ducha al aire libre, cenas para seis personas bajo la glorieta, una mesa en el patio para cuatro y parrilla de gas. La cocina y el comedor estaban hechos para el entretenimiento. El diseño abierto tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente entre la mesa del comedor y la mesa del desayuno, con mucho espacio para más. La casa tiene varias áreas de descanso en todas partes: dos salas de estar en el primer piso y dos áreas de descanso arriba. Una espaciosa terraza en el segundo piso tiene vista a la playa y al océano, perfecta para ver el amanecer con una taza de café o la puesta del sol con una copa de vino. Los alojamientos incluyen TV de pantalla plana, televisión por cable, lavadora / secadora y Wi-Fi en toda la casa.

This home is exactly what our party was looking for to enjoy our week in Puerto Rico!! The home itself is just as described. We enjoyed being steps from the water to enjoy beautiful sunrises and beachcombing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We spent hours enjoying the pool. The location is great- just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and daily excursions. The host was amazing at quickly replying to any questions we had durimg our stay. He also provided wonderful information of places to eat and things to do before our stay.

Our host Arturo was above and beyond the most welcoming and helpful host of all the VRBO's we've stayed at over the years. He was so helpful and kind and the house was AMAZING. The location is everything it says it is. It was quiet, beautiful, immaculately clean, and steps away from the beach. This is a house that I am putting on my favorites list as I will be staying there again and again as I visit Puerto Rico.

The house was very well stocked, very clean, spacious for me and my family, and a reasonable drive to a lot of locations. I love the design of the house and the pool was a great feature. Traveling with toddlers and infants can be weary, but this house made the stay stress free. Arturo is a fantastic host, made sure that we were set with everything, great communication time, if anything happened he addressed it immediately. I've never had a host as attentive and accomodating as Arturo! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Puerto Rico.

The villa was a huge hit for our multi-generational family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool which kept them occupied while we enjoyed visiting on the beautifully appointed patio. The beach, steps from our front door, was spectacular. Great for swimming, lingering, or swinging on the bench swing. It was a short walk down the beach to the beautiful Humacao Nature Reserve. The House is extremely well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable, showers work well, etc. The roof deck is a spectacular place to dine at the end of the day, enjoying the sunset.Punta Santiago is close to everything and yet very peaceful and pristine. We visited Old San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and many other beautiful places from our wonderful home base. Arturo is a fabulous host and extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Puerto Rico. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. Being right by the beach was a huge plus and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The neighborhood is gated and felt very safe, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. The owner was also excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups looking for a beachfront getaway.

We were 8 of us and the home had everything that we wanted. It was spacious well maintained and stocked. Plenty of everything one would need. The pool and backyard area was fantastic. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the hikes along the coast and into the adjoining nature preserve. Great relaxing vacation enjoyed by each and everyone one of us. Thanks to our host who was very responsive and had provided great suggestions for dining and things to do nearby.

The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Oasis. The home was as described and Arturo was very responsive. House kept very cool. Access to the grill was nice, especially in the absence of an oven. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was also lovely.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach house! The home was beautifully decorated, with amazing artwork throughout that really gave it a unique, welcoming feel. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, which provided endless fun and relaxation. The host was incredibly cordial and responsive, ensuring that everything we needed was taken care of. It was the ideal getaway, offering both tranquility and excitement, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy our vacation.

The house was great. Plenty of room for a family of 8 adults and a 2 month old baby! Very pretty and well taken care of. We didn't realize until we got there that it wasn't really beachfront. It is very close but not what we expected. Then hurricane Erin came through the day after we arrived and the beach was too covered with seaweed and the water was brown all week. So that was disappointing. We made do and found other beaches within an hours drive to enjoy. Loved the island and it's people. Loved old San Juan! Thanks Arturo!

Perfect short getaway

The property is just as advertised. It’s really clean, with nice kitchen, pool and outside grill. Beach is at a 2-minute walking distance and it’s worth going too. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful, roomy,and close to the beach. There was enough for 8 adults 1 teen and 1 infant. The accommodation was excellent. There was a crib high chair and pack and play for the baby. The location was good for grocery stores and local eateries. Big main attraction were a distance away. Which was fine for our needs
