Yvonne was lovely and very communicative. I just wish it was listed a bit more prominently that this is a unit in a two family home- NOT an entire home as it appears. We had no idea until the downstairs unit decided to check in at 2am and we called the police as we thought we were experiencing a break in. All and all fine, but if you’re looking for the full space, check elsewhere.

The late arrival you mentioned was a guest checking into the separate unit after significant travel delays. Unfortunately, the timing created an unexpected situation, and I completely understand how that could have been alarming in the moment. Teajah and her family were friendly and communicative. We had a misunderstanding about our gathering policy. What began as a small family dinner did grow into a larger house party, which isn’t allowed under our house rules. We discussed it during their stay; they were receptive, and they told me the guests were leaving, and I appreciated their understanding. However, unregistered guests returned overnight. With clear agreement on house rules, I believe future stays will be enjoyable for both host and guest.
