Reserved the property for a weekend 5-6 weeks in advance. Sent multiple messages to the Host and never received a response. A message was sent same day reservations were made, the week of and the day before. Not once did I get a response.The day of checking I still hadn’t heard from the host, I had to call VRBO customer service for someone to get in touch with the host, which took about 10-20 minutes. My reservation was canceled 5 hours before check in due to the host saying the ac stopped working. Very poor/No communication from the host prior.
