Everything was good. The home was clean and spacious. However. there were a few minor things, that could have made our stay better. Televisions in each bedroom would've nice, but We would definitely stay again.
Took a quick weekend visit. House was very clean and spacious. The only issue we had was the front door had issues unlocking and locking. Looks like the home has a problem with the foundation and it’s shifted causing the doors to be out and the Sheetrock to crack.

We were here for my son’s baseball World Series and the location was perfect for all of the fields we played at. Very big kitchen and sitting area. Laundry was awesome and the workout equipment in the garage was awesome. The only drawback was there was no cable. We were not able to catch any baseball games or watch regular tv. I’d say add cable and everything would be perfect.
The reason we chose this property was this heading. This is untrue. It’s a 20 minute drive without traffic. Communication with the host is practically nonexistent. I was hung up on when I called for help. The house was freezing and we couldn’t get the thermostat to go over 65 until we called so there’s some external power over the temp. Neighbor’s dogs barked 24/7.
Don’t recommend! When we got there we had to immediately stop and buy wasp spray. The front and back yard were loaded with them. The house has foundation issues, water stains on the ceiling Other small cosmetic issues like stains on the curtains, chips in the wall paint and carpet stains. We only stayed one night. We woke up and went to strip the beds to find ALL THREE BEDS HAD BED BUGS! I immediately messaged the host and sent him pictures. I initially requested a refund and a late check out time to wash all of our things to make sure we didn’t carry them home! I then changed my mind because I didn’t wanna be there a second longer. I suggested them to pay the bill for the laundry mat. The response from the host was THAT HE HAS NEVER HAD A BED BUG PROBLEM AND THAT WE BROUGHT THEM TO THE HOME!!! I informed him that the bugs were huge and on ALL THE BEDS! There was no way we brought them. And I definitely wouldn’t be freaking out if I had them already!! one of the beds between the mattress protector and sheet there was hair and fingernails. He also refused to extend the check out time so we could wash our stuff. Which was fine because I had already decided I was just going to the laundry mat! He then informed me that he has a receipt of extermination 4 MONTHS AGO. We then sent pictures of the termite problem they have. We were asked to leave if we hadn’t already. It is not 5 minutes from AT&T stadium. It’s closer to 20 minutes.
When we arrived there was no heat and it was only 15 degrees outside. We arrived about 11pm. There was no heat and 50 degrees inside the house. I noticed the thermostat set to 90°. The owner set it thermostat up that high because she new the house was not heating up. We had a very cold night that got down 45° and I contacted her and she only wanted to give 50% off on the house. I did ask her if she could get us some heaters and she said she didn't have any. So we froze I should of just left. I woke up early next morning and called my heat guy and reset her furnace for and got it work which I save her a service call for her because she didn't have to send a furnace guy out. She said I was probably about it until I told her I had proof of temperature with pictures of thermostat at 50° and thermostat being at set to 90°. I WOULD NEVER RENT A ROOM FROM HER. SHE SHOULD OF GAVE FULL REFUND PLUS I SAVED HER MONEY BEACUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE TO CALL FURNACE GUY. SHAME ON YOU FOR DOING BUSINESS THIS WAY.
