Bellevue Convenient 1 BR Lakeview House Upper Level
Welcome to our Bellevue peaceful lakeview home!
You’ll have the entire upper floor of a SF house with a private entrance, separate from the downstairs unit. A mattress available for extra kids.
Enjoy a spacious living room with gorgeous lake Sammamish views, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry. The shared backyard offers a great spot to relax.
Free street parking in this quiet, safe neighborhood.
A bright, clean, and comfortable space-perfect for both work and rest.
There are 3 bedrooms in upstairs. But 2 are locked for owner stuff. Owner don't live in the house. 1 bedroom for guests. If one or two kids don't mind to sleep on a mattress, we provide the mattress with bedding.
- The house is about 200 feet away from the road. There is some traffic noise. But there are trees in between, so it’s not too loud.
- Other guests live downstairs and soundproofing isn't great. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am for everyone's rest.
- Fireplace cannot be used.
