Scenic Lake View Guest House à Bellevue-A1

Ceci est notre superbe maison d'hôtes avec vue sur le lac qui est détachée de la maison principale avec sa propre entrée smartkey. Comprend un lit queen-size dans la chambre, un canapé-lit (pouvant accueillir deux personnes) dans le salon, la salle de bain et la kitchenette. Vous avez également votre propre terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et la montagne. Chemin bien éclairé menant à votre porte.
Un court trajet en voiture du centre-ville de Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland et Redmond. Proche de Microsoft, des magasins, des restaurants et des divertissements.
La maison d'hôtes est entourée d'arbres et de fleurs, avec un mini jardin zen en face de la maison d'hôtes, une fontaine et une cascade à proximité, un lac à couper le souffle et une vue sur la montagne. C est une oasis de beauté idyllique, de paix et d intimité, mais proche de tout avec son emplacement idéal.
J'habite dans la maison principale à proximité. Je suis sensible par téléphone / SMS ou e-mail et je vous aiderai à tout moment.

Amenities were good. Host was cool. Instructions were precise (my parking foibles reflected on my IQ not the instructions I was given). The scenery was excellent. I can only imagine how it would look in the Summer time. Great experience.

Incredible View

The outdoor patio was wonderful. Each evening we finished our night sitting there. The views from the main area and bedroom were exceptional! Sherry responded quickly when we could not get the coffee expresso machine to work. We very much enjoyed this location to all of the events we did in and around Seattle.

Surgery recovery

We stayed for 10 days while I recovered from surgery and it was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous views, and convenient to everything (if you have a car). There were a few initial maintenance problems and owners were very responsive and cheerful getting them taken care of. Kitchenette is basic and met our needs. We were sooooo glad we didn't stay in a hotel as originally planned. Yes we'd stay here again.

Nice little apartment with a view of the lake as described. However, there is no air conditioning and only one fan that made it unbearable to be in the apartment in the daytime. We purchased fans to make it tolerable. Definitely should be stated clearly in the description. The front door also needs a label as we went round and round the building until we realized the door--there was not a sign but a key was in the door (not a digital lock as expected). Would have been nice to have more than one towel each for 5 day stay but otherwise adequately supplied. We did have to call owner one night about barking dog on the property. Overall a good place that could be great with a little bit of improvement.

Fantastic lake view

Choose this property for the view of Lake Sammamish, it did not disappoint! We watched two bald eagles fly the shoreline for half an hour! Later, a brief, fantastic late afternoon thunderstorm rolled through and showed off with a brilliant rainbow. Early summer in the Pacific Northwest at its absolute finest. Neighborhood is quiet, easy access to freeways, short distance to downtowns Bellevue, Redmond and Issaquah. Looking for a step up from generic hotel property, this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

A Sight For Soar Eyes!!

It’s all about the view!!! This place is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The leaves were changing with Autumn colors encompassing our view of the lake. It’s cozy but nice finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Dining chair cushions weren’t great but we had mostly good weather and enjoyed hanging on the patio. Although the kitchenette is small we were able to cook bacon and eggs each morning. Lots of fridge space to allow us to bring home leftovers to heat up..

Nice area buy hot rental unit

Lovely view and neighborhood. What was an issue was the heat during the 10 days we stayed (late July/early Aug). This unit did not have air conditioning. We both could not sleep well due to the heat, even with all windows open. A simple and cheap window a/c unit would have made all the difference.

BEWARE! THIS PROPERTY IS A SCAM

I booked this property 2 days prior to arrival and paid the full charges up front. Check-in on my date of arrival was not allowed prior to 3PM. I planned to arrive at the property around 5PM. I received a message from the homeowner at 4:09PM (less than an hour before I was to arrive): "Sorry, your booking was canceled." No sorries, no explanation. They basically just gave me the proverbial middle finger when I did nothing to warrant this treatment. I had to scramble to find another property for that same night, which was challenging. I've never experienced such an unprofessional interaction on VRBO. They should remove these types of homeowners from their website to avoid this from happening.

Property owners responded to all issues quickly. Unit had minimal soap n shampoo, but owners handled quickly. Biggest issue was entry lock had to be replaced so key function would work.

Efficient and comfortable

Not as clean as I prefer, and a little too cluttered, had to clean and move decorative clutter to make room for our living stuff as we were there for a week. Other than that, it is a beautiful place. Very comfortable and quiet. Had everything we needed to be comfortable for 7 days while we visited family in the area. Would definitely stay there again! Great communication with the property manager as well. Thank you!
