Bienvenue à Ocean Harbor - ce condo de deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances familiales spectaculaires. Dans ce que nous appelons "The Blue Jay Unit", vous trouverez tous les planchers de tuiles pour garder les choses au frais, chambres spacieuses, une cuisine bien équipée avec un Keurig et une cafetière ordinaire, un salon qui mène à la terrasse confortable avec vue sur l'océan. Alors, prenez votre café du matin sur le pont et profitez des sons de l'île.

Dans la chambre des maîtres, vous trouverez un lit queen face à la fenêtre qui donne sur le canal, une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces et une salle de bain privée. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit superposé en pyramide et de nombreuses possibilités d'activités et une vue sur le canal! Que vous prépariez ou prépariez vos repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, il y a beaucoup de place à la table à manger pour toute la famille. Restez à jour sur vos programmes d'actualité ou émissions de télévision préférés sur le téléviseur à écran plat de 47 pouces pendant que vous vous détendez sur le canapé confortable. Ce condo est le mélange parfait de confort et de modernité, et son prix est économique - nous vous garantissons que vous voudrez revenir année après année. Everything was just like on the pictures. There was even more views over the marinas than expected. Really close to the beach in a great residential neighborhood with almost no traffic.

Good vacation

Good vacation with the kids. Property was in a great location. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay which was kinda cool. Door didn’t lock on arrival but maintenance came out and fixed within minutes of my calling them. Some of the dishes had been put up dirty but it would be difficult for staff to inspect all dishes if a prev guest did this. Overall great stay and would book again in the future.

A nice quiet place

Very nice place to stay quite and feels homey, but could still feel dirt on the ground from previous renters. TV problems did contact manager said he would send someone no one ever came.

Nice and clean

The condo was really nice and clean. We loved the location as it was close to everything and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. If we could make any suggestion, it would be to add some digital clocks in the bedroom just so it’s easy to see what time it is. Also, be aware that this unit is at the very top corner of the building, so there are at least 4 levels with many stairs. Thanks and we’d definitely

Clean and Convenient

It was easy to swing by the real estate office and pick up the parking pass from their outdoor lockbox as we arrived on the island. The condo is extremely clean with new appliances and everything we needed for our stay. They do have two pans now, if you read earlier reviews. We have small vehicles, so parking was only tricky if the neighbors left their cars outside the garage. The beach access was a block away and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall good place to stay. Seniors and parents with toddlers or small children would have some issues with the 48 steps to get to the top floor especially if they are carrying kids plus beach or pool toys/chairs. In addition, noises from adjoining units is an issue.

Filthy with old cookies behind furniture

I am not sure what ocean views we are talking about, but i think if you strrtch your neck you might see far away sliver of ocean between homes and palm trees. That isnt a make or break big deal for me but 3 dead roaches and one live one are..... i cant attach photos here but i have evidence of old cookies and water bottles near the furiture where we had to kill the roaches. We are staying in a different unit this week in the same vuilding not owned by bryant nor cleaned by bryant and it is wonderful. Best of luck in your future rentals.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the condo itself was nice.. the complex was old, no elevator the stairs were a pain to walk to the third floor.. we didn't care for the town itself, everything seemed to be stacked on top of each other. we thought we were getting a ocean view and we did if we looked between 2-3 set's of building leaning over the rail.. the price was good, wouldn't have wanted to pay anymore..

It was clean, which was a big deal for me and my family, had everything we needed for our stay, and it was quiet durning the night. The only recommendation, which is small, are some curtains that help block the light in the bedrooms. That would not keep me from staying here again, though. Great condo!

Great Place

We had a very nice stay at the Blue Jay. We would return! The place was very clean and perfect size for our family of 3. It is very close to the beach. While it was nice being on the top floor, that was also a downside. Having a 2 yo and going up and down the stairs wasn’t ideal. We would have appreciated streaming services, or a DVD player to watch movies. Other than that, we had a great time and the place was as described.

NICE PLACE BUT NO EXTRAS

The place was acceptable but it was missing a lot of items. There were only two small lamps in the master bedroom. All other lighting was provided by overhead lights. Only an old lumpy couch and kitchen chairs to sit in. We used the outdoor chairs inside. A few rugs would have been nice.

The "old couch" that you mention was purchased brand new a year ago and the Condo was completely renovated in December / 2019. Nice house, parking not so nice.

Nice place house, very short walk to the beach. Which is a very nice beach as well. Only thing that could be better is the parking. Very small parking area and a couple days we had to use one of the outside guest parking because someone didn’t park correctly and we couldn’t get into our assign parking spot.

Unfortunately some people in the building next door do not park their cars properly and cause problems for my renters, but luckily there are always extra parking spaces that can be used in these situations. We loved staying at this property this week!!! Everything went so well and was absolutely amazing! The furniture along with the appliances were fantastic! Everything was new and beautiful!
