The Island Escape est une maison de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains qui se trouve à l'avant du marais avec vue sur l'océan. Profitez de votre café du matin ou boisson du soir tout en étant assis sur le porche projeté et en écoutant les vagues! The Island Escape dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, wi-fi haute vitesse, télévision par câble dans 3 chambres, clôturé dans la cour arrière et douche extérieure chauffée, parmi de nombreux autres équipements. Vous n'êtes qu'à 5 minutes à pied de la plage! Les deux chambres donnant sur les marais ont chacune un lit queen. Les deux chambres à l'arrière ont chacune des lits jumeaux sur des lits superposés. Les chambres au bord des marais disposent de la télévision par câble et de la chaîne Netflix. Nous vous fournissons un barbecue à gaz et des chaises de plage à utiliser pendant votre séjour. Nous fournissons également des draps et des serviettes de bain, n'oubliez pas d'apporter vos serviettes de plage! Il y a aussi une poussette parapluie et un siège d'appoint pour les tout-petits pendant les repas La cour est clôturée et nous avons une douche extérieure chauffée.

L'Island Escape se trouve à 2 pâtés de maisons du port de plaisance de Joyner, où vous pourrez louer des paniers quotidiens et hebdomadaires.
Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, à 3 pâtés de maisons de la jetée, où se trouvent un snack-bar ouvert 24h / 24, une pêche étonnante et un bar au dernier étage, qui accueille des groupes le week-end!

Nous sommes à 1. 5 miles de la promenade, et à 6 miles de Fort Fisher. Si vous avez un véhicule 4X4, obtenez un laissez-passer et conduisez-le sur le North End!

Wedding weekend

Very nice home that served the needs of my wedding preparations and hosting me and various family members who used it to stay the night. Beach is .45 mile walk...but have beautiful marsh views off the deck. My brother-in-law appreciated that there was a spot outside with a chair for him to smoke. Wish the beds were made with the sheets, instead of us having to do it because there was some confusion on what sheets to use on the bunkbeds...but understand it was done that way so not to make unnecessary beds. Overall a happy and good experience!

What s strange review for your stay, dated September 22, 2019. You must be a time traveler! As stated in the rules, we don’t allow anyone to smoke upstairs on the property, so I’m not sure what your brother was doing in his “smoking chair”. As for your incorrect fact that the beach is .45 miles, I just mapped it, it’s .03 miles. Our housekeeper leaves sheets neatly folded on each bed, so that each party knows they are fresh & clean, there has never been any “confusion” as to which sheets go where. I don’t know who you are or how you were able to review our property before you ever stayed here.

Great 2 family get away

This house was the perfect home base for two families with young children for a beach weekend. We could walk to the beach and the pier and everything in Carolina Beach was just a short drive away. The house is perfectly laid out with two bedrooms on either side and the living space in the middle, giving each family their own private space. The listing mentions only basic amenities due to the lower price, but it had everything that we could possibly need. It’s also worth noting that this is the cleanest beach house that I have every stayed in. Kiddos to their cleaning crew because when we walked in, there was no trace of sand or that musty smell that typically come along with older beach homes. All in all a great stay! Would absolutely stay there again!

Family & Friends Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our trip which included 5 adults and 2 kids under 10. The house is divided with two bedrooms on each side of the house with pocket doors to shut off the bedrooms from the main living areas in case kids or adults want to go to bed early while others stay up. Very walk able to beach and pier areas. If taking a lot of stuff to beach may want to drive it down, unload and walk back. Quiet street. Beautiful view of marshland and wildlife like deer (saw 3 in the Marsh) and Egrets! Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep. Host is very responsive. Wifi and Roku TVs came in handy on the rainy days. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great house for families!

My family of 5 and my sister's family of 4 spent a week in this home. It was a great setup that made it so easy for all of us to fit comfortably! Plus the house was larger than the photos make it appear! The beach is only a short walk away and in a great quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of room in the garage to put your beach stuff and a shower to rinse off before coming in (and we used the back stairs and top deck to enter after rinsing). I love the back view of the marsh - very quiet and relaxing. Emily was so responsive and helpful! The kitchen was stocked with so much - we cooked in a lot and had everything we needed. I always bring a few household items since we are such a big family and that goes for any houses we rent through this site. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Excellent location and size, needs some upgrades

The location and layout of the house is perfect: Close enough to the beach, beautiful marsh, great separation of bedrooms and common spaces, quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need in CB. However, It definitely needs a deep clean and upgrade of linens and towels. We all agreed the mattresses were not very comfortable. The owner was quick to communicate when we weren't provided enough linens for each bed and some lights weren't functional, which was nice. On the other hand, I had to ask twice for the check-in instructions. Overall, the listing is lacking things that make a vacation house comfortable, such as a guest book with essential info (wifi password, instructions for TV, area amenities, etc.), extra linens, and fans. While I loved the location and layout, I wouldn't stay at this house again.

Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for two families, it is setup well. The beach is only a short walk away and there is plenty to see and do nearby. I would definitely recommend this property for a multi family vacation!

Great beach spot!

This was the perfect place for 5 friends to get away and reconnect. The house is spacious, well maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The kitchen is minimally stocked (the bare essentials are there, but nothing more), and we had to buy trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Also one of the shower heads is extraordinarily low! Those things were minimal, though (I mean if that's our only complaint, not bad at all!), compared to the overall layout, function, and feel of the house. Highly recommend.

In order to keep our rates below other properties, we provide all linens, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap at every sink, a roll of paper towels and a kitchen can liner. We also have a cooler on wheels, beach chairs & a stroller. Anything more is the renters responsibility. We hope to have you back again!

Great price and close to the beach

We came down with our family. The house was nicely spaced out so each family could have their own space and privacy. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach with the kids but not far. Really close to the drive on beach so if you have 4 wheel drive you can drive down and park for the day. Minus needing to clean a little ourselves when we got their (no reflection on the owners they are great!!!) the house was amazing. Great location!

Fantastic beach vacation home for large family or multiple families.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 4 recently stayed at this beach house at Carolina Beach, NC. This house was perfect for our families. The main living area was large and the back deck was accessible from the living room. Our kids loved the fenced in back yard to play before dinners were made. The garage was large enough to have fit 3 cars. The 4 bedrooms were large and spacious. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach which was super nice. Anytime I had questions pre, during, or post trip the owner of the house responded in a short amount of time. I would recommend this house for any family/families wanting a spacious and accommodating house to head to the family beach of Carolina Beach.
