No smoking indoors (allowed: vapes and e-cigs) Quiet hours: 11PM – 7 AM Please report any damages immediately. Trash bin located on patio. Curbside pickup is on Friday mornings.

Host was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The rental itself was spotless and very roomy. Check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. We traveled with our dogs and there was plenty of space on the property to walk them. We would definitely stay here again!

Our townhouse was very centrally located to all the wedding festivities that we attended over the weekend. It was spotlessly clean, was so much better than an hotel stay. Only downside I would add was the kitchen was under stock including no coffee mugs and the plug in air freshener were over the top in such a small location.

The host was extremely understanding. She addressed any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Communication was great, The host followed up every message sent. I was visiting Statesville due to a family medical situation and this host just made my stay stress-free . Little touches like the welcome snacks and water were greatly appreciated after the long drive from NY. Thanks for sharing your getaway!!

The property was below average, is stocked with Dollar Store items and is definitely in need of an update, but was adequate enough for a last minute booking that I planned to give a solid 3 star rating. Unfortunately, the rudeness of the property manager during checkout made sure this is a property I would never return to.

We had a great time. location was perfect to spend the week with the grandkids. We celebrated Christmas with the little tree we brought. We decorated ornaments and made Christmas cookies.( we brought cookie sheets). We did bring a folding table and folding chairs so we could all fit. Littles slept over for 2 night, then brought teenagers in for 2 nights. Mall shopping to spend Christmas money. Played new games and watched Disney movies. We attempted to give them a “movie “ Christmas. We packed paper plates and a box of plastic silverware. We used them at home and then took them to the birthday party at church hall. It was the first Christmas we had we the kids since we live in Maine. I would say the accommodations were fine.
