This is a great cottage by a pond and a waterfall. It is clean, well appointed, and thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommended, and have been back at least five times since our first day.

Loved staying at this cottage, has a beautiful little waterfall right behind it and the host has the Carthage set up very nice. The place was clean and very easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything about the cottage is excellent. It is well appointed and a right by a beautiful waterfall.Communications with the owner are also excellent. They are very attentive and responsive. We highly recommend this cottage.

Bob is a technology writer and computer programmer; Loreli is a school secretary, and Cookie Goddess. (Her chocolate chip cookies are famously good!) We bought the 34-acre estate where the Cottage is located because of the natural beauty here... streams, pond and an amazing waterfall that flows into a gorge. We call it the "Grand Canyon of Warwick." The Cottage was completely renovated in 2017, creating a peaceful and comfortable setting for guests. We look forward to meeting you!
