The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Quaint two bedroom home. Lovely /quiet neighborhood, across from a dog park. Off street parking available for one car. Multiple walkers with dogs. Beds were comfortable and space was decorated well and was extremely clean.
Great property, especially if you love old houses like I do. Great location near short drive from both Downtown and Knob Hill areas (for dining options). Sits across from a nice park and there is a cafe in walking distance. Host was quick to respond. Has one parking space off road and more parking on the street if needed. The value is amazing if you are staying multiple days. This is perfect for a family with kids. The two bedrooms will work for two adult couples but... the second room is tucked behind the main bedroom and a jack and jill bathroom so it's better for a family where doors can be left open. Oh, it is attached to two other units (around the corner unit and an upstairs unit) but that was no problem at all because they did a good job of placing the entrance for them all on different sides. Bottom line, you are getting a two bedroom unit with living room, and a kitchen facing a nice park across the street in a good location, and you are getting this for way less than what a hotel room in the area would cost. Will definitely by my go-to accommodation when visiting Abq in the future.
