Ownership could not have been more organized , and more accommodating to help our family enjoy the perfect little beach house. I can’t speak highly enough on the location, the owners, outside space, bbq, bikes all ready to go - really happy with our stay rebooking soon

This was by FAR the best rental we've ever had on Fire Island. Brett and Jeff were so welcoming and kind- meeting us at the property and making themselves available via phone/ text. Many homes on the island are quite "rustic" which I tend to expect, but this one is so clean, well designed, and well stocked. They thought of everything one might need (ziploc bags! chip clips! plastic wrap!) in addition to plenty of paper goods, dishware and linens. Beach equipment is nice and new. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Brett and Jeff are amazing attentive hosts. Everything in the house was 100%. The location is amazing. Just a few houses from the beach. A short walk to the ferry.
