My family had a wonderful time in this house. It was well supplied with everything you could want or need. Everything was quality. The house had a great ocean view and location near the beach. Our host, James, was very responsive. We will be back!!!

Great house

This house has it all (minus a pool) but didn’t even need it to be honest. We stayed during the heat wave and no issue. Will def be back!

Perfect Stay

My friends and I have been going to on annual fire island trips every year for the past 9 years and this has been hands down our favorite house. Only a couple houses away from the beach made it very convenient for us. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and towels that we were able to use. We appreciated there was a regular gas grill and a Blackstone for us to use. The 2nd floor wrap around deck with a view of the ocean and the sunset was incredible. We absolutely loved every part of the stay. James was very kind and quick with his responses. We all had an amazing long weekend and have no complaints!!! Will definitely be back again next year and more.

Wonderful beach getaway

This property has amazing location right in the beach. We comfortably fit 16 adults and enjoyed all the kitchen amenities. This is a perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway. The beaches never got too busy. Overall a very peaceful and beautiful experience.

Lovely stay in Kismet

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. We had everything we needed. Plenty of room. A perfect view. Lots of bikes and wagons (to haul food etc). I could not recommend more.

Best house in Kismet

We have been renting this beautiful house for several years for an annual reunion of our family. Its a fantastic house with plenty of space, a beautiful large deck with water views, comfortable furniture and well equipped with towels, linens, kitchenware, bicycles, kayaks etc. The landlord is wonderful--replies right away on any issue! Truly a wonderful setting for all !

Best house in Kismet

This is a wonderful house and our 4th time we booked. Its a beautiful house situated 3 homes away from the beach--a wonderful, large deck--an expansive open floor plan that includes the kitchen and large living room, with lots of comfy chairs in and out --equipped with just about everything--including beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks and a paddle board as well as bicycles--the landlords are lovely people who respond immediately if any problems arise--central air as well--its so comfy and large and just great great place!

Fantastic house!!

This is probably the best beach house ever--we are from LI and have stayed at Fire Island before as well as many stays at the Outer Banks. Its a beautiful home, equipped with EVERYTHING--including linens, towels (bath and beach) and beautiful kitchen. The deck has a fantastic ocean view and plenty of seating. Added plus is central air-- Lots of added extras--water dispenser, ice machine, kayaks, paddle and surf board and a ton of comfortable beach chairs. Sleeps 20 comfortably and the house has a wonderful open layout that easily accomodates large family.

Amazing!

This house was awesome! Had a great weekend with 12 close friends. Very beautiful inside with tons of household items and supplies. Large upstairs where everyone can hangout with a wrap around deck. Even a small yard in the back which was great for playing cornhole, etc. It’s located very close to the beach. Highly recommended! James is very nice. Answered any questions I had right away. Would 100% book again for the future. Thank you James!

The house is huge. Stunning, unobstructed view of the ocean from the massive wrap around deck. Our group of 14 was incredibly comfortable. The large living area on the top floor was great, especially since we had a lot of rain during our stay. We never felt too cramped. Plenty of bikes, a huge wagon, and like 100 beach chairs (and more accommodations we didn’t use due to weather)The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc James was very communicative during the entire process. The listing says it can sleep 18, and it does show the bed types, but just a head’s up that there are multiple queen beds that count as a spot for 2 people to sleep. One of the rules of the house was to wash, dry, fold and return towels to the shelves they came from. For 2k a night you’d think the cleaning crew would do that for you. Granted we had to leave the towels in the dryer since they were still wet right before we left to catch the ferry. And James was cool about it. Would stay here again, 100% If you’re getting groceries delivered via freight (which James very helpfully recommended to us), note that the freight drops off in the AM. So if you’re check in is at 4:00 pm that day, you need a contingency plan. James was helpful in this regard, but eventually we just ended up paying for early check in. Not ideal but it is what it is. Thanks, James! Great house. Hope to return again with a group in the future.

Kismet close to the beach

Family Beach Reunion

Beautiful beach house with outstanding amenities! Great deck with view of the ocean and plenty of seating. Well designed private outdoor shower, storage shed, 2x laundry machine/dryer area. Loved the ice machine, filtered chilled water, wine refrigerator, etc. Well stocked for cooking and enjoying the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). Superb experience. Hope to return- THANK YOU!

Perfect Group getaway

I rented this house with a group a friends to celebrate my 60th Birthday. It was better than the photos! The house had great common space and a lovely deck with an Ocean view and a perpetual breeze. The house was the 4th house off the beach so convenient for getting lunch and using the restroom. It was also a quick walk to town. The Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were plenty and the 6 bikes were in great condition and we explored Kismet and the other communities on the West end of FI. There were also 2 kayaks and a paddle board that we didn't use. Check in was seamless. i would highly recommend this house for groups. it was a wonderful weekend.
