Les Noisettes is a traditional Haute Savoie (adjoining) chalet, built in 1999 on a sunny plateau above the village of Le Grand Bornand. It has stunning mountain views in all directions and is well situated for both winter skiing and summer mountain activity holidays. The chalet is a very attractive and comfortable base, from which to discover this fascinating area of France.

Les Noisettes is located in Les Frasses, which is on the route between Le Grand Bornand and Chinaillon. It is a 5 minute drive to the ski slopes, where there is plenty of parking, and the closest ski bus stop is just a 100m walk away from the chalet, so getting to the slopes is very easy. This beautiful chalet can sleep up to 8 people and offers 100m² of accommodation. The living room is spacious, with 2 sofas and there is a dining area with a balcony with stunning views of the Aravis mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, electric oven and hob. The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and the fourth has 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms. The first with a shower, basin and toilet, and the second with a bath with shower and a basin. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. There is a garage which provides ample storage for skis, bikes etc. Attached to the garage is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a car park with room for at least two cars. Linen is included in the rental (sheets, towels, tea towels + beds made) A high chair and a baby cot are available on request. This chalet is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not accepted!

God værdi for pengene

Ferieboligen ligger i et skønt område med gode udflugtsmuligheder og mange forskellige aktiviteter. Ferieboligen ligger smukt med dejlig udsigt. Terrassen er dog lidt lille, og udendørs er der støj fra vejen ved siden af huset. Ejeren af huset har gjort en god indsats for, at man føler sig velkommen. Der er en god velkomstmappe med praktiske anvisninger og gode vandreruter. Der er ligeledes et stort udvalg af spil i huset. Køkkenet er veludstyret, så det er nemt at tilberede sine måltider.

Annonce mensongère

Le chalet ne correspond pas à l'annonce. En effet sur la photographie de l'annonce apparaissait la totalité du chalet alors que seule la moitié nous a été louée. La mitoyenneté n'avait pas été signalée, et donc les pièces étaient petites. Sachant cela, notre choix aurait été différent et nous ne l'aurions pas loué. Nous demandons un dédommagement pour cette tromperie limite de l'arnaque.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au chalet qui de part son emplacement nous offre une belle vue sur la chaine des Aravis. Le chalet est propre et fonctionnel et conforme à sa description. Les navettes sont appréciables (mais attention plus espacées en période hors vacances) Merci à l'organisme Aravis-holidays qui gère ce chalet, pour son accueil et sa réactivité. Juste une question: pourquoi avoir positionné le coffre à clé aussi bas, juste au dessus du sol ? Mich du 26

Séjour ski dans un chalet très confortable

Chalet très confortable, fonctionnel et bien équipé comme sur la description. Pas de mauvaise surprise. La vue du chalet est magnifique et 2 stations de skibus sont toutes proches. L'agence Aravis Holidays qui nous a accueilli est très flexible et agréable.

A well equipped chalet with breathtaking views.

We had a wonderful three month stay at this chalet, as the location suited us very well, the views across the Aravis mountains were spectacular and the accommodation was well equipped, warm and very comfortable for ourselves and guests. The chalet is conveniently situated on the road up to Chenaillon which provided easy access to the ski lifts just a five minute drive and apart from during school holidays, was easy to park. Although there were no bars or restaurants within walking distance, visitors could catch the well connected ski buses which linked with Grand Bornand and La Clusaz until early evening. The service of a snow plough to clear the drive after heavy snow falls was a real bonus and this was carried out early morning so we could get out onto the slopes without a problem Chalet les Noisettes had a well laid out kitchen and the fun of raclette and fondue machines plenty of glasses crockery etc.. but only a small ice cube freezer within the fridge . The upside were plenty of games including a small table -top pool table which provided endless amusement. The hot water was very efficient and never ran cold and the use of washing machine and tumble dryer very useful. Beds/ mattresses were very comfortable especially appreciated for a long term stay.. The owners were also very helpful sorting queries. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return again
