Clean property, easy access, all amenities worked properly and had no issues at all. Only thing I was not expecting was that it is a shared property. There are permanent tenants living in the other half of the house. Door that connects the two locks from both sides so we didnt have to worry about anything and they were quiet, so no issues there. We did have to move our cars to share the driveway with them, which was no problem because you can park in the street. Just would have been nice to know that in the listing description.
