** Enjoy an elegant stay in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath remodeled ranch for 1–3 people w/ attention to quality amenities. Large master bedroom (12” king bed), convertible workspace to 2nd bedroom (10” Twin XL Murphy bed), and spacious living areas provide generous space to spread out for work and leisure. Highlights include a gas fireplace, blackout bedroom shades, adjustable height workspace desk, 65” TV, C-shape kitchen, walk-in shower, and in-house washer/dryer. 2 tri-fold 8” Twin XL floor mattresses stored in the garage available for up for 2 guests. Basic supplies and a preliminary amount of food in stock. You will have everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay at your home away from home! **

Location:
Quiet neighborhood 1 mile North of DT Wheaton, Wheaton College and the Metra train to Chicago. 5min walk to Walgreens & sprawling Northside Park. 10min walk to Jewel Osco, Qdoba, Starbucks and a central shopping area. 15min drive to the Morten Arboretum and the Oakbrook Shopping Center. Close access to Illinois limestone graveled Prairie Paths that stretch as far west as the Fox River, as far south as Naperville, and as far east as Berkeley.

Designed for longer stays:
Utilities covered. Extra linens, extra towels. Washer/dryer in unit. Stocked with essential starting supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, food, coffee, coffee filters, oil, salt & pepper, tea, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Workspace:
Height-adjustable desk with a custom wood top. Fast internet (400Mbps download/150Mbps).

Range, stove, hood exhaust, dishwasher, microwave, filtered water, fridge/freezer and countless kitchenware (including blender, servingware, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, mixing bowls).

Cleanliness:
Spotlessly cleaned w/ essential oil cleaners and other non-toxic cleaners. Dyson vacuum, sprays and rags among available cleaning supplies.

Backyard:
A small patio, outdoor furniture, grass and a basketball sport court with a Goalrilla hoop. 2 basketballs in garage. Fenced on 3 of 4 sides.

Extra Guests:
2 guests fit comfortably in the living room on 2 tri-fold 10” TwinXL memory foam mattresses stored in garage. Linens and blankets included.
