We have rented many places through VRBO, and sadly we must report that this is absolutely the worst one we have ever experienced. While it is evident that the owner has spent some money on the attractive pavers in the driveway and on the kayaks, bicycles and some games, the “basics” of the house show no evidence of understanding renters’ needs.The ad indicated "all fees included" and VRBO added a separate additional fee.The oven is filthy but useless anyway as there are no baking pans of any sort and no oven mitts or potholders.Two days before we sent an inquirer about the coffee maker to make sure we brought the correct filters, etc. Never received an answer.Both coffee makers had water in their reservoirs, and they felt slimy when emptied. Fortunately, we had brought our own coffee maker.We found ice cream in the freezer with a date stamp of 10/20/2023.Many items in the house were broken or didn't work.We have pictures and more if you want it.
