Our team is available everyday from 8am to 9pm for guest interaction via the airbnb app or phone call. Please we advise guest to wait till business hours to contact us, unless it’s an emergency.

Guest have access to every part of the apartment as well as the amenities like the gym, working lounge, outdoor esplanade, the pool sitting area.

This is a cozy Studio crafted carefully to accommodate a guest traveling alone, couples and small family.

This building is located close to a busy major road, a train track, so there should be expectation of a lot of noise. This building is also in a mixed zone area, so a lot of restaurants and bar that open late in the area.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & wooded areas. You might see or encounter natural eco system habitat around including, but not limited to birds, bees, wasps ,mosquitoes, spiders, ants, cricket, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, silver fished, rolly pollies, but to name a few.
These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do pest control regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs, however, we cannot control mother nature. Therefore, we do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

There will be no refunds provided due to:
1. Failure in shared amenities (Pool, gym, public balconies, gate, elevator etc)
2. Encounter of mother natures creatures (Bugs, Mosquitoes, Racoons, etc)
3. unforeseen circumstances that result in the cancellation of the reservation or shorten of the reservation. We advice guest to get travel insurance for this
