Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort es un escape tranquilo situado en el lado tranquilo de Panama City Beach, FL. Situado en medio de exuberante vegetación el paraíso tropical abarca 18 hectáreas con 350 pies de las aguas esmeralda y las playas de arena blanca de azúcar. Una calidad única de este complejo es nuestro acceso privado a la playa peatonal. El paso subterráneo es un túnel bien iluminado bajo carretera escénica 98 que conduce a nuestro gran gazebo y paseo marítimo. Las instalaciones del complejo incluyen: canchas de tenis, canchas de barajas, 2 piscinas (una para los más pequeños), un parque infantil, una casa club que cuenta con: conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, mesa de ping-pong y mesas de billar. Cada unidad tiene cocinas totalmente equipadas, patios privados, techos abovedados, y su propia vista del Golfo de México.

Nice, clean, and quaint.....
This place was nice, clean, and quaint. Awesome and convient location the the beach that sat right across the road and had a tunnel access if you didnt want to cross the road. There was a wagon and beach toys if you wanted to use them. It had alot of kitchen accessories. This place is in PCB but enough on the outskirts that there isn't a ton of people and you can drive a few minutes and be and the main area of PCB and eating places. Would definitely recommend. The only thing was out bed downstairs was harder then what I'm use to so it wasn't the most uncomfortable but if you like firm it would be right up your alley!!!

We had the best trip and the condo was awesome. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could've needed. The beds were super comfortable and the condo is very spacious. We hope to stay there again soon.

I hope unit 71 will always be available for our family to vacation in Florida. This is our 2nd year renting this unit.. Last year we took a 7 day cruise. I truly missed the environment of Sunnyside. Having toddlers and teens it was truly a vacation for everyone!

After several years of vacationing in a different unit at Sunnyside we had to find another place to stay. We stayed somewhere else the last two years, but we were just not satisfied with the other places. This year we chose to stay in unit 71 and couldn’t have made a better choice. I believe that the highest recommendation we can give is that we could live in unit 71 and would be happy the rest of our lives. Thank you so much for the wonderful and beautifully decorated condo and service that we so thoroughly enjoyed. We will be staying there again every opportunity that we have!

Having rented at Sunnyside for over 30 years, this was one of our favorite units. It is impeccably decorated, clean and well-maintained. We love the close proximity to the beach. One big benefit to us was the accessibility features, like the walk-in showers and grab bars in the bathroom. With my parents aging, having these features made the stay very comforting. It was perfect and I hope to rent this unit again in the future.

Walked in to a clean, nicely decorated unit. The space was used very well to accommodate 10 guests It was in the perfect spot to get to the beach access quickly, but no road noise! Love the courtyard area.

Our family really enjoyed this recently renovated unit and its proximity to the beach. We would highly recommend a stay at Sunnyside and specifically this unit. The only minor issues we faces were a master bedroom door that would close and lock and an extremely warm unit upstairs during the day. I believe a couple units have added and additional unit upstairs and would like to see this upgrade in all rentals. I have no doubt management will handle any small issues. Great job Sunnyside!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in #71.The condo is in an ideal location and enjoyed many filled days and beautiful "postcard" sunsets. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable feeling like "home". The staff at SSB&T Resort are polite, professional, helpful, and responsive with any questions or concerns.
