PS: There are different units in the building all with the same configuration, standard, size & amenities; however, some may have different furniture. You will be allocated any one of the available units.

o A refundable damage deposit of €200–500 (depending on the apartment type and number of guests) is required.
o The deposit must be paid by card only via a secure online link sent 3 days before arrival.
o If you have not paid the deposit before arrival, check-in instructions will not be provided.
o The deposit is fully refunded after check-out if:
No damage is found in the apartment.
Both sets of keys are returned.
All house rules are respected.
• Check-in Process:
We operate contactless check-in as we do not have a 24-hour reception.
o Before arrival, you will receive an email with a 3D secure payment link for the deposit.
o Once the payment is completed, you will receive a message with your check-in instructions (such as access codes, directions, etc.).
