Instructions to get into the place a bit confusing but the host was able to give guidance and help us adjust our date a bit. Location is ideal and the property is well kept and provided a good home base to relax in after touring the area each day.

It is very close to the center of town with lots of food, shopping and sightseeing within blocks of the home. It's also very quiet despite all of the activity literally right out the front door. Nicely appointed and comfortable.

Communication with the host was excellent. The flat is very quiet yet centrally located. It is well equipped, although we ate out all the time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay in the flat.

The property was very well located. Very clean. Easy to get around and walkable to temple bar. Transit right out front. Lots of shopping near by. Kitchen had everything you needed. The shower drain needs to be addressed. But all in all we would definitely come back.

Wonderful location, close and walkable to mostly everything. Apartment was clean, had a great layout, beds were comfortable and communication with host was very good. Lots of great food options just steps away including many breakfast options right downstairs. Great stay!

We had an amazing time at David’s flat. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic - walking distance to fun spots, local attractions, and good restaurants. Despite being so close to all the action, we couldn’t hear any noise at night. Also, the building is very secure and we felt safe at all times.David is the perfect host. Communication was excellent from the start. He provided information ahead of our stay, so we were able to get to the flat and check in without issue. We really appreciated the instruction book he left at the flat because it helped us so much. You can tell that David cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible.We would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Incredibly central apartment near the O'Connell Bridge, and easy walking distance to Temple Bar, Trinity College and more. The Luas stops very close by . Best of all, it's a quiet oasis in the midst of busy Dublin, overlooking an inner courtyard, not the noisy streets.Lots of pubs and shops and supermarkets nearby. Ceiling fans aren't common in European apartments, but this apartment has one in the living room, and one in the bedroom, very refreshing.My wife was thrilled to get American-style coffee each morning, thanks to the classic drip coffeemaker! The owner David was very helpful and quickly communicative.Great apartment, great location, great value!

Quiet for sure. With the windows closed you could not hear a thing. Opening the windows at night we were greeted to a chorus of birds. Very relaxing. In the city center and within walking distance to Temple Bar, Trinity College and multiple churches. The overall facility had a problem with the elevator, but was fixed in a short time.Overall nice place.

Clean comfortable flat that accommodated four people well. Convenient walk to many attractions. It was very nice to have the courtyard to spend some time outside away from the busy city streets. Simpler (and updated) instructions about getting into the flat would have been appreciated as it was confusing and did not go smoothly for us. Also, too much unnecessary information about the flat (eg., appliances) was provided prior to our stay which was confusing and a bit intimidating. Overall, we had a very good experience and we would recommend it to others.

So close to grocery shopping, restaurants & sights. Super easy to catch a taxi or public transportation. Eating at the Church was awesome with interesting surroundings, really good food & fantastic Irish music & clogging. Only a 4 block walk!

Our host was excellent, there was not a question I had that wasn’t answered prior to our arrival. The location is perfect for exploring the city. There are bus stops just outside, both city buses and the hop on/hop off sightseeing bus. There are many shops, pubs & restaurants within walking distance. We explored much of Dublin on foot our first day. The flat is as quiet as advertised. Despite the night life in Temple Bar the only thing I could hear in the flat were seagulls in the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and we had ample linens for the bathrooms. I’d highly recommend this location for a stay in Dublin.
