The bathroom includes an outdoor shower and a traditional outhouse. Privacy with an exotic zoo/farm at your expense. Cook on the griddle with a view on the side of a mountain.
Must provide your own mini propane canisters for the buddy heater and grills.
Awd and 4wd is needed for the farm. If you don't have a source to get on the farm an ATV can be rented for 20$ per day.
