About Anne Towne
A 1970 graduate of Tucson High School, I have since lived primarily in the Washington DC metropolitan area. As friends are leaving the area for warmer climates, it was natural for me to think about a future back in Arizona.
Anne Towne purchased this House in 2012
Why Anne Towne chose Canoa Ridge
Good friends now live in the community of Canoa Ridge and I have family in the state as well. The view of the mountains is relaxing and a great way to catch both the sunrises and the sunsets. Close to interesting attractions and outdoor adventures.
What makes this House unique
The open style of this 1900 square foot home allows me to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains any time of day or night. The patio that shades all sides of the house makes it comfortable to be outdoors so much of the time. And to grill and dine outside! The private unheated pool is lovely to be in during the summer and a nice addition to the feel of the place all other times of the year. The community is quiet. Lots of people are up early walking for exercise. Two bicycles are provided.

We enjoyed this property and would stay here again. A great view of mountains, nice quiet neighborhood and a location that is convenient is what we enjoyed most.
Spacious, immaculate, had every convenience!
A great place to kick back by the pool and soak up the sun and essence of Arizona. Anne was great to work with, and provided great info on nearby sights and adventures. Only 20 minutes to Tucson, and 30 minutes from the Tucson airport. We had an excellent stay!
A perfect weekend
We had a wonderful stay here. The home was lovely and the pool was perfect. There is a great view of the mountains from the back patio. We would definitely stay here again.
Great house with a lovely swimming pool.
we stayed at Anne's house for 5 nights with 5 adults and had a lovely time. The house is super clean, very large, the kitchen well stocked and organized. Since it is hot in june, the pool was a really great way to stay cool. we also very much enjoyed the porched, with the beautiful mountain view and the well equipped kitchen. Anne was very helpful and friendly. thanks!
