Excellent communication and immediate response when I had a question. The property is as described and the pictures are very accurate. This is a must book and we will return in the future.

We had a wonderful time at our stay here! The space was perfect for our family. I loved arriving to the welcome basket with some small bags of chips for the kids. Everything was very clean. I really appreciated the starters of having laundry pods, shampoo, body wash, dish detergent, coffee pods, etc! The dock area was nice, the kayaks were a lot of fun! The swing outside was great as well. I also loved having two furry feline friends in the morning that came to visit. Can't express how much we enjoyed our time here, and thank to our host! Very quick to respond when we had an issue and just to check in. Thank you again!

The house was right across the street from the beach. We were able to go from the beach to the house very easily. It was a very safe location for me traveling with small children. The sound side was not as good We were not able to access the kayaks and get in shore safely. My daughter had to jump in the water from kayaks and dock kayaks. It was very muddy and dangerous. My daughter cut her feet on oysters.

For anyone looking for unique access to both sound and ocean, this location is the one for you. We loved the dock in the back with the kayaks. It was very peaceful and relaxing the spend time out there watching the mullet jump about. The sunsets and sunrise views from the dock were amazing. Beach is a very quick and convenient walk across the street. The house has a Mediterranean feel to it, and it's decorated nicely. I would have like a large pot to boil pasta or make a seafood boil, otherwise, kitchen was outfitted well. Coffee maker had a frother, which is a bonus. The guest bed was very comfortable. There are outdoor lights that stay on at night and neighbors above and below. Still quite private, if you don't mind hearing occasional noise. Everyone was very nice.

It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. The cappuccino machine was amazing and I really enjoyed the opportunity to use it. Haylee has all the Basic Essentials that you need. We really enjoyed the crab traps as well. We caught three crabs in the crab traps. The kayaks and life jackets provided made it extra fun. The best part was the very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed staying there. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Her cleaning team also did a great job!
