Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Very nice place

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nightmare. There is a boat that parks right a cross from that place and plays loud music from 11pm to 3 or 4am. But over all the place is very nice and in a great location just the noise is a pain in the neck but other than that this is a great place over all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great! Close to EVERYTHING! Clean, spacious and has everything you need. Every kitchen utensil, appliance, plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, basic spices and cooking supplies! The views are gorgeous, it's quiet and just perfect. I will say, the decor is a bit dated and the tv's are small, BUT we got over that quickly as we were on the go and those things just didn't matter. You will NOT be disappointed booking this place and we (2 adults and 2 small children) would stay again. Compass was easy to work with and down the street, so getting/returning keys is easy and convenient! Our first trip to Key West was amazing!

We enjoyed breakfast on the deck, watching the boats leave for the day. The showers and baths were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer always helps packing to come home. The location is ideal. We were in the heart of everything but protected in this quiet, gated community. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great experience

A great property, in good condition, and very clean. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Good size kitchen. Multiple balconies for views, sun, breeze, or shade options. Truman Annex is convenient--just a block or two walk from Duval Street, Mallory Square, and more, but gated so that evening traffic is limited to just residents/guests. It's also quiet. You can hear the bar music in the distance, but you're far enough away that it won't bother you. Easy check-in process. Figuring out the parking and gaining entry to the building was a bit confusing the first time, but a breeze afterward. Really enjoyed the unit and the whole vacation!

Spectacular experience. Our friends stayed in the twin beds and complained they were uncomfortable. That was the only drawback.

Truman Annex

Our condo within the Truman Annex was a wonderful property to spend a relaxing week in Key West. Located near the water and walkable and bikeable to everything that Key West has to offer. Special attention is paid to safety, and we appreciated that guests and residents are the only ones allowed in the complex. Special thanks to the staff of the management company for all their efforts to make our stay a comfrotable and memorable one. We will be back!
