The house was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Jaime was attentive to any issues that come up. I couldn’t work the lock to release the key, but he was there to help me. I’d recommend this property and plan on staying there again when I’m Lubbock.

This neighborhood has soo much character and is steadily becoming renovated. Centrally located in Lubbock and only minutes away from key stops in Lubbock. Close to TTU and most medical facilities.

What makes this property unique

The layout of the space its not an efficiency. It feels like a true home not some crackerjack box. There is a true dining room, kitchen, laundry area, living room and bedroom. It never feels congested.
