Everything was lovely besides the toilet struggling to work, but that's not anything huge. Glad to stay, hope to again!

This condo was the perfect stay for me and my dogs! The location was fantastic—close to 12 South, downtown, and The Gulch—while still tucked into a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made relaxing after long days exploring Nashville even better. The pool area looked great, although I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it during my stay. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and helpful with anything I needed. I had such a great experience and will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Nashville!

The location is EXCELLENT for being able to walk to Zanies and the other restaurants/shopping in the area. Overall, the place was good. Furnishings matched the photos and it was great to have the kitchen with coffee pods provided. The communication was also great!

We found this room to be a bit smaller than we had hoped BUT that was more of strategic picture taking (as all places do). This is an old hotel and therefore has a bit of an older smell to it, including in the closets and drawers. The pull out couch is actually more like a fold out futon which limits the length more so than a general pull out couch. This was an issue only because my son is tall, therefore he took the bed while I took the couch. There are minimal outlets (again, older style rooms) but there is 1 by each side of the bed which was nice. 3 swim towels were provided and 4 bath towels. Laundry is on site but in a very small laundry room...bring a credit card or coins. There is no change machine. They did provide several hangers which was nice. The fridge was clean as well as the room as a whole. The air conditioning machine (built in) was quite loud so we turned it off at night. The curtains were nice and thick which allowed to keep the room very dark, which we appreciated. Not a lot of overall lighting (again, older building), so the sunlight during the day was appreciated. We chose this location due to the proximity to Geodis park but were unable to park there on checkout date so it really did not benefit us. Communication prior to check in was a bit spotty but after check in was very good. There is a Publix just a couple of blocks down as well. We were only here for 2 nights so it served its pupose for us.
