This cool space used to be a 50's Motel that was converted to condos. A little bit of nostalgia, only 2+ miles to Downtown Broadway and 15 minutes from BNA Airport. It has a hip 50's retro vibe, safe neighborhood and walkable to Hattie B's Hot Chicken and some of Nashville's best restaurants and bars on 12 South.
The studio condo has everything you'll need for stay in Nashville including a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The space also has plenty of seating to relax, a comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv and fast wifi.
