Enjoy the fresh mountain air on two covered decks, perfect for morning coffee or evening dining. The top deck features a BBQ and a dining table for 8 and the bottom deck has seating and access to the back yard.

The property features an attached garage that can fit up to 2 vehicles, with additional driveway space for another 2 cars. Street parking is also available, so please check signage.

Trash: Blue bin is for recycling and green waste goes in the green bin. Household garbage goes in the bear box.
Trash/recycling/garden trimmings are picked up on Thursdays.
