Great location with view of the marina and the Melacon. Nice bayside restaurants located on the property and other very nice restaurants in walking distance. Condo has a large patio area with BBQ and a great selection of beach item's to use at some of the best beaches in Mexico.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and all the things we needed, fridge, stove, washer/dryer and parking. Had lots of windows which was great to see the marina but no real privacy at night and no room darkening in the morning. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and private but the pool only got sun until just after noon time. Furniture needs a little update, but everything was clean. Great access to restaurants, the OXXO and the malacon. Owner was super prompt and helpful with all our questions.

Nice stay in La Paz

We’ve stayed in La Paz several times in the past. We’ve always wanted to stay at the marina. This place was just exactly what we were looking for. The house came stocked with beach chairs and umbrella and a cooler, so you’re set for the beach!

Perfect location and great views

We had a lovely 2 day getaway and the location was amazing. Restaurant and bars are super close. The beach chairs and umbrella were super helpful. Derek reached out up front and asked if we needed anything which was super kind. 10/10 host would definitely stay here again

Perfect location with fabulous views!

This condo is perfect for anyone who enjoys beautiful views and easy access to dining options within walking distance. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tubs and taking in the gorgeous views from the 7th floor of the main building. We felt very safe and secure as well. Fabulous View

This condo has a spectacular view of the entire bay and the marina, and was very clean and safe. Located close to many restaurants. The property manager, Derek, was very helpful and answered questions by text within seconds. Highly recommended and I have stayed in La Paz more than 50 times.

An amazing litttle condo in the perfect location!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We love the complex, area and this property. Owner, Derek is a fantastic host and all of the staff on property as super helpful, kind and treat you like family. We love how convenient it is to our fav restaurants, bakeries and the view and amenities can’t be beat! We always feel safe-secure and appreciate the security measures like secure access, covered assumed parking and 24 security on-site. It’s become our “happy place” and can’t wait to return in future.

Gorgeous views, amazing location

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at this property. The views were spectacular from everywhere in the apartment; we were able to keep the windows open for a wonderful cross-breeze most nights. The apartment itself is well appointed; the decor is older but very well kept, and we have everything we needed. I especially appreciated the extra beach towels, pillow, and blankets. The building itself is lovely, with dedicate parking, elevators, and easy access to the pool and hot tub area. It’s also just steps away from multiple restaurants, bars, and cafes. Communication with the host was excellent. We will absolutely be returning to this property in the future!

Great Condo but nor accurate

We were very disappointed with our brief stay. The condo itself is well appointed and comfortable with a lovely view of the marina. Communication with Derek was great and he was good to work with. Our complaint was that the property was misrepresented. We knew we where the condo was located and expected to be able to enjoy coffee and sit around the pool, use the hot tub and be close to the Malecón. What was not expected nor shown in the pictures was that a multi-storey addition was currently under construction right beside the existing building which is also under renovation and right beside the pool. Dust, noise and lack of privacy as well as the sun being blocked by the building for most of the day made the pool area unusable and with no balcony or patio to sit and enjoy the view and sun it was not where we wanted to be or expected. Derek was understanding and when we spoke to him just after arrival, he willingly allowed us to modify our stay and we left as soon as we were able to book an alternative. I would hope that the pictures and description of this unit is updated for other travellers so they are aware of the situation of the property.

I am sorry you feel the description of the property was not accurate. I have not had any such mention from all the other guests I have hosted. Yes there is a construction of building next door which has been under construction for the last 2 years and will be completed in May of this year 2020. This has not been an issue for my other guests over the last two years as you can see from the previous reviews.

Perfect condo!

The condo itself was beautiful, the semi circular windows surrounding the condo allowed for an amazing view! It was the perfect size for our visit. The location in town was perfect the property is amazing! The owner was very very easy to deal with. The building has a 24 hour security guard who checked us in. We had our own designated parking spot. The unit was spotless. We would stay there again! Thank you so much for having such a lovely place.

Another fantastic stay in La Paz

This is the 2nd time my family and i have stayed in Derek's condo - and loved it again. The location @ marina is perfect and the shape-set up of condo allows for amazing 27-7 views, breezes sunrise and sunsets. There a a bunch of restaurants, shops, bakeries and any amenity you might need within walking distance. Entire process from check-in to checkout was seamless. Derek as well as the staff at condo were super helpful, courteous and kind for any questions we had throughout our stay.. Condo is perfect for a group of 2 and has all of the amenities we need to make a great stay...especially the filtered water, beach items like umbrella, chairs. The ice cube trays are also super small detail but a big plus that makes getting ready for daily beach-pool excursions much easier to know you don't have to go and get ice every day. Lastly - the location feels super safe and secure with gated secure area for parking and pedestrian entry/exit. Again - a small thing but a pro that makes guests feel more comfortable. We look forward to another return trip to on of our favorite Mexican towns!! :-)

Super cute, safe, secure, clean, quiet and convenient condo. My sister and I had the best time on our trip in large part to this great property. While some of furnishing and appliances are older —- you are on vacation so that isn’t important since all are in good working condition. The condo itself could not be in a more perfect location and the community is very secure and safe. Derek our host could not have been more kind, accommodating and responsive through entire planning and trip process. Condo is well equipped with all of the needs for beach day - lots of towels, umbrella, float etc. we also appreciated the reusable grocery bags for both our beach days but also our trips to get daily drinks-snacks. The Pool and BBQ area are amazing with a great view of marina and convenient to Malecon and so many good restaurants, bakeries, shops, etc to walk to. We will absolutely be back and stay here again! I’d much rather have a location like this to stay in town and drive to beach each day than stay somewhere further out of central town.

Awesome sunrise and sunset views!

Super clean and well layed out studio. Views from huge king bed of morning sunrise and evening sunset...breathtaking! Great location...pool gorgeous and had it all to ourselves! Walkable to Malecon, restaurants and dive shop...can't wait to come back!

Amazing view, best condo ever

Quite possibly the most amazing condo we've seen at anywhere. It's basically one big room with a 270-degree view. That means that the bed can see both the sunrise and the sunset over the water. It is close to the malecon but also far enough that it is quiet at night. The outside patio is also amazing with a glass railing. And the best part is that it gets a great breeze so that it is 10° cooler here, than a 5 minute walk into town.

What a View!

240 Degree views over the Marina and the sea... just beautiful. Room is laid out nicely and has all the amenities yo could want. Easy walking up and down the Malecon and to the downtown area. Pool was nice in the morning when the sun is on it, not bad in the warm evenings. The Hot Tub could be warmer when the wind is coming in, but is perfect when it is calm. Overall, great place to stay.
