  • comfortable and well cared for city abode

"Christine and Kevin are overwhelmingly hospitable hosts. Their "Mini Villa" is just a short walk from the city centre, many restaurants and shops, and is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood which is easily accessed from main roads in La Paz. It has every amenity one could need for a quick stop or long stays. All amenities are in good working order, clean and cared for. The indoor living area is tastefully designed and decorated with a " modern, funky, flair" and has easy access to the pool and garden as well as the outdoor kitchen. One unique feature of it is that you must pass through Christine and Kevin's home to access it, but they are more than comfortable sharing their living space. That being said, there is no lack of private space. There are plenty of resources to help navigate La Paz and the surrounding area, as well as tips on restaurants, shopping and activities. I would not hesitate to return there in the future."

  • A+ Vacation

"This was our first time to mexico, we had an incredible time. Everything was within walking distance of the house (coffee shop, restaurants, market, beach, and night clubs)...... lots of things to do and see, water sports, snorkeling, diving & tours. We highly recommend this as a vacation spot for ALL ages. We will defiantly return."

  • Beautiful View

"We stayed at Manuels for a week in November. He was a great host we hadn't rented a car yet so he picked us up at the bus station and took us to the grocery store to pick up some food. Very clean condo with beautiful views of the ocean. It's not too bad of a walk into town, maybe about 25 min into the centre of the Malecon but the walk back up the hill is a little tiring after having a few cevezas down on the Malecon. I would recommend having a car in La Paz there is secured parking at the condo and you are free to explore much more of the city. It is also nice having a good owner like Manuel to deal with. I would stay there again next time we visited."

  • Charming home in best location!

"Although we have visited B.C.S. a few times, this was our first time staying in La Paz and outside of a resort. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Brian and Ivan! The house had more than enough room for our family of four and was located in a safe, gated community right on the end of the Malecon. Both upstairs and downstairs patios had tables for outdoor dining. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even provided us with drinking water. The property also has the option of using a rental car for an additional price. There was an abundance of a/c around the house which kept us cool throughout our entire stay. The homeowners also prepared a binder FULL of information regarding all aspects of La Paz (dining, tours, house info, etc.) which gave us considerable insight. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home during your stay in La Paz! Can't wait to be back again"
