  • The condo was extremely spacious with stellar views & was the perfect lay out for our 2 families(one

"We enjoyed the condo & the location. Taking the el trolle into La Paz was fun. We would have liked continuous hot water. The internet Reuter was not as strong as it could be(so sitting in the master bedroom we were not able to connect with the Internet). This may not seem important but I was still trying to stay in touch with work & it was up & down. Our whole experience re Paraiso Del mar could have been more positive if we had a property Mgr who could communicate. We found Sarahi in the business office to be totally terrific!! She gets 5 stars. She got us a golf cart to rent, explained about the water bottles, kayak & paddle bd use age etc etc. it made us feel welcome & isn't that what it's all about?"

  • Lovely centrally-located home in La Paz

"This spacious hacienda-style home provided a great base for our week in La Paz with two grown children and one boyfriend. The house is huge with 18-foot ceilings. The darker inside stays cool, while temperatures varied outside. We spent a lot of time next to the pool sitting in the sun. It is just 3 blocks from the Malecon, and though we had a car, we didn't need it for activities in town. The wifi worked great. Norma, the housekeeper, came a few times and was very helpful and cheerful. Suggestions would be that they invest in a couple of lounge chairs for the patio and provide some beach towels for guests to use."

  • "Above and Beyond Expectation" is a silly understatement. "Spectacular" is more like it.

"Imagine you had a dream where you woke up in a luxurious villa artfully decorated with Mexican textiles and colors, and went downstairs to make your breakfast in a fully stocked chef's kitchen - outside - to the sound of birds chattering. Then your hosts offer to take you snorkeling among the sea lions, on their boat. Spend the day exploring town, and then wonder where to eat dinner. Choose a restaurant from the list of recommendations and heaven is yours again. Truly, Kevin and Christine give you the entire vacation experience as personal concierges, adventure-equipment suppliers, and kind friends. Every detail of the house has been thoughtfully considered from the choice of decor to dressers and shelves for your clothes - unpack, as if you live there. Need a snorkel? Kevin will personally outfit you. They will make arrangements for every whim, offer advice, and steer your vacation toward the time of your life. Each day, we awoke amazed and giddy in our exquisite environment, pool, home, kitchen, and of course JellyBean the wonder dog. If you truly want a vacation that requires nothing on your part but enthusiasm, this is where you stay. They are foodies, so don't bother with trial-and-error dining. Just go to every restaurant they've listed, as they reviewed them personally, the foodies that they are. We're still savoring some of the indescribable meals we ate. This is a complete vacation in every way, from the spectacular house, to sumptuous food, to peaceful relaxation."

  • Charming home in best location!

"Although we have visited B.C.S. a few times, this was our first time staying in La Paz and outside of a resort. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Brian and Ivan! The house had more than enough room for our family of four and was located in a safe, gated community right on the end of the Malecon. Both upstairs and downstairs patios had tables for outdoor dining. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even provided us with drinking water. The property also has the option of using a rental car for an additional price. There was an abundance of a/c around the house which kept us cool throughout our entire stay. The homeowners also prepared a binder FULL of information regarding all aspects of La Paz (dining, tours, house info, etc.) which gave us considerable insight. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home during your stay in La Paz! Can't wait to be back again"
