  • Charming home in best location!

"Although we have visited B.C.S. a few times, this was our first time staying in La Paz and outside of a resort. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Brian and Ivan! The house had more than enough room for our family of four and was located in a safe, gated community right on the end of the Malecon. Both upstairs and downstairs patios had tables for outdoor dining. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even provided us with drinking water. The property also has the option of using a rental car for an additional price. There was an abundance of a/c around the house which kept us cool throughout our entire stay. The homeowners also prepared a binder FULL of information regarding all aspects of La Paz (dining, tours, house info, etc.) which gave us considerable insight. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home during your stay in La Paz! Can't wait to be back again"

  • A relaxing home a away from home.

"What a wonderful place to vacation with our friends. It was perfect for our group in that there were several areas for everyone to relax and enjoy without feeling crowded. The villa is clean and spacious. To top it off we were in walking distance of an amazing pool. We couldn't have asked for better weather! There was so much to do at the resort. The amenities here is will please anyone. There is something for everyone to do. You have to get a massage and pack extra to go golfing. The golf course over look the sea and harbor, game with a lovely view. Thank you for providing a wonderful home to vacation in. We'll be back!"

  • I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Penthouse Condo

"Hello Paul, I would first like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. My buddy Marty and I really enjoyed our stay. It's been at least 5 years since we last visited La Paz, and it was so nice to be back. The condo was in excellent condition, however there was an issue with the electricity when we arrived. We made every effort to get the electricity running, including working with maintenance without success. As a result, we ended up staying in one of the La Concha hotel rooms for a night. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. By the next day, the electricity at the condo was up and running and we were able to move our things in. Apparently, the issue with the meter for that specific unit. Something you may want to validate has been fixed and permanently resolved. Everything in the room was very clean and functional. The only recommendation I would make is to consider replacing the living room couch. The nails or staples that are used to secure the fabric to the frame are starting to wear through and it makes laying or sitting on the couch uncomfortable, and may pose a safety hazard. We also experienced issues with the front door. On a number of occasions, the keypad code would not work. I don't think it was a function issue with the keypad, more than it was the technique of turning and pushing the door knob all at the same time. Maybe we were just doing it wrong. You may want to check to confirm the front door is functioning correctly. Paul, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home and these were just a few observations that we wanted to bring to your attention. I hope to bring my wife and son later this summer so they can experience the excitement of the amazing fishing La Paz. Thank You! Regards, Anthony"

  • "Above and Beyond Expectation" is a silly understatement. "Spectacular" is more like it.

"Imagine you had a dream where you woke up in a luxurious villa artfully decorated with Mexican textiles and colors, and went downstairs to make your breakfast in a fully stocked chef's kitchen - outside - to the sound of birds chattering. Then your hosts offer to take you snorkeling among the sea lions, on their boat. Spend the day exploring town, and then wonder where to eat dinner. Choose a restaurant from the list of recommendations and heaven is yours again. Truly, Kevin and Christine give you the entire vacation experience as personal concierges, adventure-equipment suppliers, and kind friends. Every detail of the house has been thoughtfully considered from the choice of decor to dressers and shelves for your clothes - unpack, as if you live there. Need a snorkel? Kevin will personally outfit you. They will make arrangements for every whim, offer advice, and steer your vacation toward the time of your life. Each day, we awoke amazed and giddy in our exquisite environment, pool, home, kitchen, and of course JellyBean the wonder dog. If you truly want a vacation that requires nothing on your part but enthusiasm, this is where you stay. They are foodies, so don't bother with trial-and-error dining. Just go to every restaurant they've listed, as they reviewed them personally, the foodies that they are. We're still savoring some of the indescribable meals we ate. This is a complete vacation in every way, from the spectacular house, to sumptuous food, to peaceful relaxation."
